[The] film's real service is in explicating how the media's inability to inform audiences and reflect the political spectrum of our culture is a systemic problem.

Great documentary about what goes on when the stations go off.

A telling documentary depicting the way media and politicians "spin" the news to their favor, captured by a series of pirated satellite streams. The film is frightening considering the amount of manipulation that was going on with a relatively new technology in 1992, and even more so considering the implications now, with so much more advanced technology. The documentary is a bit dry, however. Not surprising. It's a bunch of footage of bull-headed politicians and news reporters.

A really good low-budget documentary that shows what people are really saying behind the camera. Very fascinating.
