Randy Myers San Jose Mercury News Although it tags a few familiar bases — an unreliable main character who’s overmedicating, a less than bereaved husband — it’s always engrossing even when the actions of the characters get more and more infuriating. Rated: 2.5/4 Apr 17, 2025 Full Review Joel Keller Decider The first episode of The Glass Dome was too predictable, giving us a bad feeling that the rest of the limited series will be, as well. Apr 17, 2025 Full Review Samuel R. Murrian Collider This enterprise certainly gets the job done as a whodunit, but it's more tantalizing as a character study; it's at its most gripping when we're in Lejla's head. Rated: 8/10 Apr 16, 2025 Full Review Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com The Glass Dome isn't much different from the other crime-thriller that Netflix churns out but is still memorable in a way. Rated: 3/5 Apr 16, 2025 Full Review Chris Joyce Movies and Munchies (YouTube) Several aspects of the plot are left unexamined and characters sometimes act contradictory to what’s been established, but the storytelling effectively misdirects and twists leading to a satisfyingly dark conclusion. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 15, 2025 Full Review Pramit Chatterjee Digital Mafia Talkies The Glass Dome is predictable, and yet it’s engaging. Rated: 3/5 Apr 15, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Locus P Very watchable and great, bleak setting among the backdrop of a mining town where the locals were divided over whether the mining project should go ahead. What wasn't so good was too many episodes for the story and the too-often blank expression of the main character. The camera lingered on her face a lot without her showing any kind of emotion and it quickly got wearing. She was good in the role otherwise. The story really needed to drop the "copycat" angle. It just drew things out in an unbelievable and unnecessary way. And it ended up being like a repeat of certain scenes. Who the kidnapper was didn't end up feeling convincing. There was almost no background to show why. And how is it she never heard him speak back during the time she was kidnapped? Overall, it was good but it also felt hollow, as if it needed some depth and substance to make it feel more textured and real. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/24/25 Full Review SF C Worth the watch!! Well acted and the English dubs were excellent. The first episode was a bit slow, second one was better - then things pepped up. Perhaps some of the plot gets lost in the subplots but it was still very satisfying. Really good. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/21/25 Full Review Sofie F The plot seemed predictably unpredictable to me, of course the most unlikely suspect is the obvious killer, the characters were totally unrealistic and the pacing was off. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/20/25 Full Review Asta V It begins slow, but then picks up speed and a very dark atmosphere as it moves with the crimonologist Lejla from New York back to the rugged Swedish landscape of Dalarna. Over six episodes, the twists and turns build on both the expected and unexpected suspects of murders and kidnappings, both in the past and in the present day. The drama is relentless through the episodes until the very last moment of the series. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/19/25 Full Review Aurelie K Too predictable to be enjoyable. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/18/25 Full Review Nick T It’s an interesting foreign crime drama with the main character who was victimized like the girl she is trying to find.
