When Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon discovers the resurgence of an ancient brotherhood known as the Illuminati, he flies to Rome to warn the Vatican, the Illuminati's most hated enemy. ‘Angels And Demons’ does have a few ‘James Bond-how-could-you-possibly-manage-to-do-that?’ moments but overall works well. It leaves you constantly guessing (and more importantly actually caring) what happens next, is well written and beautifully captured

I didn't like it as much as The Da Vinci Code, but it was still fun to watch. There were a lot of parts of the story that seemed ludicrous and outlandish to me, but overall, it was a really compelling mystery that had me hooked. I definitely recommend it for mystery fans!

How much longer are you going to pretend... this is not a fantastic movie. It truly is fabulous - from the opening scenes with the Vatican/Papal traditions surrounding the death of the Pope to great characters, superb acting and the usual helping movie tourism, I completely love this movie. I'm intrigued by the observations of others that the ending was far-fetched, unbelievable or ridiculous but personally found the opposite. A thrilling action scene followed by an emotional and satisfying resolution. Five stars in my book.
