9 has a very Coraline-esque tone to it, so if that's a film you enjoyed, then this movie is definitely something worth checking out on the big screen.

9 may look like a kids movie but it is far from it. This movie genuinely creeps me out even as an adult. I enjoyed the story they were trying to tell and the performances. I think it’s a great introduction to scarier movies for kids

Upon seeing the score, I thought I clicked on the wrong 9 but no! I will always have a special place in my heart for this movie the way it tells is post-apocalyptic story is in a very bold and new way compared to other movies at the time would probably tell it and I'm sad to say that in present day 2024 everyone has forgotten about this movie.
