Outstanding movie with a stellar cast and very convincing bond between Matt Damon and Emily Blunt, true top shelf actors. Cinematography, writing and overall look is intriguing and keeps you entertained and interested. Fast paced with enough action to make it feel shorter than it actually is. Time flies when you're having a good time. One of my all time favorite movies

a 65 million dollar Trilby hat commercial I was on board and having a fun time in the first act, then the movie grinds to a hault for an hour with never ending conversations about angels, politics, dancing and love. the final act comes way too late and lacks the energy the movie promised. worth watching alone for the snapshot of early 2000's politicians, pundits (jon stewart is in this movie a couple times) and new york locations.

Entertaining and exciting movie with a great premise. A science fiction movie that my wife actually enjoyed because it's also a romance. It has a satisfying ending.

Amazing movie, definitely watch!

If I didn't know it was Phillip K Dick's story, I'd say this movie was just a twist on 'Sliding Doors.' The attempt to maintain the 'mystery' behind the Adjustment Bureau itself renders the characters, and plot, a little flat, and Emily Blunt, other than being utterly gorgeous and charming as always, is a little flat as a character. Still, there are worse ways to spend a Saturday night than with this movie.

I enjoyed the movie. The story is different, and when you get something that is outside the norm people have a hard time excepting things as they are, which in this case is a movie that makes us feel good and makes us root for the underdogs.

The presence of Emily Blunt elevates an otherwise preposterous movie to a higher level then it deserves

Matt Damon is charming and believable. Emily Blunt is great as always. The overall concept is good, The Matrix meets Inception. All wrapped up in a romantic movie. Overall the movie works but somewhere in the middle it loses its footing just a bit but brings it home. Go into this more the romantic up lifting way rather than the science fiction concept and you will be just fine.

Agreeing with others: watch it for the Love Story, not the too loosely written, super wobbly sci-fi part. I like the message: just because a love 'feels' right doesn't mean you don't have to work to make it happen.

What a mess. My wife said it is the worst movie she has ever watched (also worst wasting of two hours). I think that's an exaggeration, but it's definitely a contender. Please tell me Matt Damon didn't read the script before signing a contract. The script is ridiculous. I enjoyed seeing Matt Damon and Emily Blunt; but hated this film.

So bad. I need a minimum amount of consistency in a movie; this movie makes up rules to try and make up for a plot hole in every scene.

Despite some holes in the plot the overall story was unique and interesting. Well acted.

Terrific chemistry between main characters. Movie made perfect sense to me in part because being on a conscious spiritual journey for decades, I have experienced the Universe's mysterious, synchronistic events unfold on numerous occasions. I appreciated the magic and supernatural elements and this movie takes a twist by creating an intermediary between humans and Source, the Adjustment Bureau. For me this movie inspires Love and Faith and reinforces that ANYTHING is possible if you really want it..

This movie had a lot of potential. It could have been better, but it was still enjoyable.

A romantic story of a man's one-way struggle to be with the girl of his dreams. In fact, this film has great potential, it combines various romantic feelings; like falling in love at first sight, breaking up, longing, losing and reunited by fate,, wich well played by top actors. But the writer creates a big plot hole every time David leaves Elise where it seems Elise makes no effort at all to look for the famous Congressman and ask why he left her.

The Adjustment Bureau is a smart and well-made movie that explores the conflict between free will and predestination. Matt Damon plays David Morris, a congressional candidate who unexpectedly meets Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt) in a men’s room. Their chemistry is palpable, and their entangled stories raise thought-provoking questions. While the film could have been even more daring, it’s a solid choice for those who appreciate romance and philosophical themes.
