Easy, enjoyable watch for a weeknight or rainy Sunday movie. Predictable? Maybe, but in a comforting way and very reminiscent of early pandemic times. Endearing and simple in the best way.

Badly written, badly directed, one sentence plot, vanity project with 90% of the movie being close-ups of Katie Holmes making cute faces. I will say that Suri Cruise has a beautiful voice. Her version of Blue Moon is the one good thing about the movie but she's done in the first 2 minutes.

I loved it so much. Felt very real and romantic. Katie Holmes and Jim Sturgess made these characters so authentic. And they had great chemistry. Loved it.

Couldn't even watch it all , it has to be one of the most boring heap of bull I've ever seen.If you want to fall asleep quickly put this on the acting will have you snoring in no time .

It was like a boring day in one's own life with a mild excitement that was portrayed horribly bad. Neither characters were interesting nor was it conveyed. I was so bored I couldn't finish it. Even their first kiss was poorly lit and not led up to in an exciting way. The only good character in this film was in fact the air bnb home. Why was this film made? Come on Katie.

It's a nice romance movie and a good illustration of the need for human contact. But a little too soon from Covid! And a poor example of what most people good do. Holmes characters are pretty out of touch and extremely privileged living in an alternate sheltered reality. Not a good example of what actually happened for the majority of Americans.

Felt like I was stuck in lockdown watching this was quite boring

The film is a disaster. The storyline could have been something, but was completely wasted. You know after a short time what will happen. The worst thing about everything is that Corona always comes to the foreground. I don't want to be permanently reminded of this terrible time, especially not in a love movie, cozy on the sofa next to my girlfriend.

This movie is unfairly criticized. It is a low budget, romantic (pseudo-comedy) that is centered on two strangers that become trapped together at the start of the 2020 Pandemic. It is low budget. It is predictable. However, it is smartly written and it does capture the essence of the feeling many of us had at the start of this worldwide crisis of epic proportions. Holmes is likable and attractive in the lead role. her co-star is good, as well. It is a nice movie. That's how I would describe it- a nice movie.

I REALLY wanted to love this movie but it was the most boring movie ever. Like I'd rather go through the boredom of COVID again than watch this. Needed excitement or some kind of plot twist. Something. Sorry Katie love you but not this.

Absolutely the worst movie

Surprisingly, I loved it! Intimate, great chemistry, relatable... a great movie that I would happily watch again. Loved the cast and found them authentic and appealing. Recommend!

This is one of those movies that you keep watching cause you think it's gonna get moving. Unfortunately this never goes beyond idle. It could have been good but it wasn't. Katie Holmes is just not a very good actor. Jim Sturgess is good in this but not great, although he is a good actor, he had no help with this one.

Dumb. A one bedroom house? I think not. Stupid characters and awful dialogue. Don't waste your time.

Great portrayal of the COVID-19 time period and the unprecedented quarantine with a complicated relationship dynamic brought forth with a great performance and direction from Katie Holmes.

It was a very slow-moving, predictable show. A few bloopers in filming such as her basket on the bike (full, empty), paintings getting out of the car (1, then she has both). Not crazy about the outfits she wore especially the brown stripe dress and bobby socks. I love Katie but I have yet to see a film that she is perfect for. Suri's singing was awesome! Perfect pitch.

Alone Together has a small idea about having a romance in a pandemic, and not fully making it about that, but just two people finding each other. Its a predictable story, but one kept together by Holmes and Sturgess pleasant chemistry.
