Watched it with my young daughter which probably made my viewing experience slightly better. Not a great movie but certainly not a terrible one.

Don't see why people dislike this movie so much. Even if it is a little cringe it still feels wholesome in the end.

Some obvious, predictable humour in a story that runs along the same tracks. It is cut from a similar cloth to the Father of the Bride. There are some good, wholesome comedy moments, mind, which does make it enjoyable

This movie is so good not as good as the second one in my opinion but is still good 👍 it’s family friendly and a classic it’s nice to watch and I didn’t get bored while watching 100% recommended

In my opinion, is is actually a decent film. Despite the low rating it is a decent film. Isn’t my favourite but not entirely bad.

I used to be obsessed with this movie when I was like 12 and I just watched it yesterday it’s good, you should watch it, but it’s not amazing like I used to think it was.

I'm much higher on this movie than the average movie goer, and I'm completely fine with that. I don't know if it's because I'm a dad, but there are moments of this movie that make me teary every time. Yes, I cry in Cheaper by the Dozen. The family dynamics can be over-the-top and silly, the acting can be a bit forced and the premise is full of plot holes, but that doesn't stop this movie from having a whole lot of charm. From the "WE LOVE THE COACH" scene, the search for Mark and many more, there are more than enough heartwarming moments. Couple that with the hilarity of soaking underwear in meat and you have a small piece of magic. At the end of the day, this movie isn't winning any Oscars but it is one that I would happily watch with my family any day of the week. This is one those movies that exists.....and why yet why am i not surprised that this was a remake of the 1950 version? Although Cheaper By The Dozen can have it's heartwarming moments i doesn't change the fact that it's a terrible movie with a cheap story, weak script, sub-par acting and including some of the worst comedy i've seen since Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights.

Average comedy movie with a good vibe with its fun moments

Let me start with a warning: If you are not in love with the idea of having kids then this movie might trigger you. It has not one but 12 kids creating what you expect - chaos. It scares you as they show how difficult it is to live your dreams and career after having kids. Overall, a fine one-time watch.

2003 nostalgia had me loving it then and now.

Cheaper by the Dozen was a very disappoint movie. It was not bad, but it was not good either. I thought that this movie would be better, but it turns out I watched this movie before and I have bad memories of it. Also Steve Martin was not that funny. In the last Steve Martin movie I watched ( The Pink Panther ) Steve Martin was HILARIOUS, but in this movie he wasn't that funny. Cheaper by the Dozen was not what I hopped for. I give this movie a 45%.

Possibly the worst movie i have ever seen

76%. 6/3/23. This film aged quite well. Love all the action and excitement that comes with that many kids. Ashton Kutcher really provides the most laughs tho. His character is hilarious.

Steve martin carries a family of twevle on his shoulders providing most of the humor. The whole concept is a fun Idea but is more choas than film. A fun but forgettable family film.

It's one of the "Better" comedies from this time about raising kids and chaos ensues, but that's not saying much either. Steve Martin is the best thing in this who brings a quite a bit of charm and energy to the role and isn't half bad. The problem is the kids, wife and everyone else is just ok and forgettable with little to no character behind them outside of quirks. (Aston Kutcher isn't good and is the worst thing in this) The acting overall is just ok. This isn't a long film at all and the cinematography is ok enough. The music is ok as well and kind of forgettable with a mix of pop songs and generic cinema music. The editing is not that good as once they move it feel like stuff just sort of happens with no logical flow or anything clever to it. The humor in this falls flat most of the time though the gross out humor is a bit toned down compared to others of this type. Overall its just forgettable more than anything. I guess this is made for the parents who have lots of kids and can relate to the chaos demographic or if your a Steve Martin fan but besides that I'd say skip it.
