Without a doubt visually the most beautiful movie I’ve ever seen in IMAX I think about it often and how I’ll never get to fully express what this movie looked like and sounded like opening night in IMAX to anyone that didn’t get to see it. This really wasn’t just a movie it was art. My eyes have never smiled so hard. This is an experience I will miss greatly.

If you love sci Fi this is an absolute must see. In my opinion the best sci Fi movie I have ever seen. The acting does leave something to be desired but the sound, score, cinematography, and costumes are so incredible it does not matter. I saw it twice in the theater and would go again if I had the chance.

Boring. Way too slow with not much to satisfy anyone who doesn’t like the first movie in this franchise. It feels strictly for the fans. I couldn’t get into it.

Saw this last year in the theater, just getting a chance to review it late after watching it again. These movies are so good and I have really enjoyed every movie of Dennis V I have watched. Casting, visuals, music, dialogue, it has just about everything. I still go back and forth on which I like best (part I vs Part II), but it just goes to show they are both great. I think and hope the rest of Hollywood is starting to take notice on how to make a movie for entertainment value, something that had been lost the last 10 years or so at least.

They tried too hard to tell a story for Dune 2 and strayed away from the basis of Dune 1. Incomplete stories and subjects.

GREAT movie!! Never saw the original 80s version but the remakes are AMAZING.

14th time viewing Dune 2 and it still holds up as the best theater experience in years.

The greatest sci-fi, and maybe just movies I have ever watched. Ever since Dune: Part 1 was released in 2021 I continued to watch the first movie 7 times and the second movie 6 times. Every frame of these movies is art, and the score by Hans Zimmer perfectly reflects and depicts the characters feelings and tensions, as well as the underlying implication and messages. A story that doesnt have a hero or a villain, a story that masterfully warns the destruction danger of religious figures and saviors. This is all topped off the an absolute all star cast who embody their roles in the best way possible. Not to mention Denis Villenueve, a DaVinci of our time. His vision and execution of Dune is unlike any other, and he manages to make this dystopian universe seem so grounded, immersive, and real. I highly suggest anyone that loves sci-fi to watch these movies, and hope they stand the test of time. Because as of now, for me, it seems impossible to fathom anything that can surpass this.

A cinematic masterpiece! For those complaining that the first Dune movie took too slow to build up w/little action being a result, they won’t be disappointed w/the sequel! I can’t wait for the 3rd installment!

One of my all-time favorite movies! This film excels in every way, whether it's the writing, acting, production value, music, atmosphere, action, it would be extremely difficult to find a fault. This film is an event, and it deserves to be witnessed!
