Fifty Shades of Black Reviews
All the bad reviews are deserved. Nothing about this is funny. The worst attempt at a parody I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing. Please don’t waste any minutes of your life watching this. You can’t get those precious minutes back.
This was an hilarious movie. Marlon Wayans delivers a lot of laughs. Tim Treakle
Absolutely wretched. It was torture to pretend I didn’t hate it in prefer to be polite to a new friend.
É maravilhoso sim!! deveria estar em 100% e merece continuação, por favor façam de toda a trilogia mesmo que estas não tenham sido ruins como o primeiro filme.
Some good laughs but it's wasn't good
Marlon Wayan's is likable and funny. Even he can not save this silly and crude satire. The story is a loosely based, satirical look at the sexual novel and film, Fifty Shades of Grey. Like all satires it takes things that are memorable from the mainstream film and makes them ridiculous. This film does that. Perhaps it was more relevant, and funnier in 2016 when it originally was released die to the close proximity to the original source material. Also, perhaps it would be better if I actually enjoyed the source material, which I did not. Don;t get me wrong, I couldn't help but laugh at some parts-just not enough.
If you got sense of humor and don't take everything serious you will like this movie, but if you get ofended by stupid things don't watch this movie.
11% ""Fifty Shades of Black" was hilariously funny enough, but tells an impressive yet very unbelievable story".
I love how this movie is not serious. Most movies we watch are always serious. This take is a comedic take on the actual movie. It's funny and fun to watch.
I wish my take on this was a hot one, but this really was just an unfunny movie almost the whole way through. It felt like a writer surrounded by sycophants wrote the script and was never informed when a joke didn't seem likely to land. The parts I liked mostly involved the girl's roommate, several of her scenes were good, and the music was decent. Even the cinematography was noteworthy. Roughly 10% of the jokes that Wayans pitched in the movie landed, and the ones that didn't weren't even really appreciable - my facial expression didn't change at all from them.
I loathe both the small town of Seattle & the Fifty Shades of Grey book and movie franchise. This movie makes the idiocy of both those pretentious nouns much more hilarious! Marlon Wayans & Kali Hawk are funny as hell.
