A precocious French schoolboy, Cesar Petit (Jules Sitruk) yearns for excitement beyond his comfortable Parisian life. While on a holiday, Cesar and his dream girl, Sarah (Josephine Berry), set out to help their friend Morgan Boulanger (Mab么 Kouyat茅) search for his father in London.
