Knights of the Zodiac Reviews
Should’ve used more of the original plot, the movie goes by too fast.
Way much better than "Dragonball Evolution" (2009), The movie really surprised me (I'm 44), with a higher budget it could have been an academy award nominee movie!!!!
disappointed nothing to do with series or mangas
Really terrible movie. Tuned in to watch it, thinking that the cast might be able to pull together a decent movie. We were terribly wrong. So much so that we stopped it about the half way point to watch live baseball. Lack of context, character development and "dialogue" so stereotypical it'd made AI produced content, Academy worthy. Seriously, no one should waste their time on this garbage, and platforms shouldn't even offer it. I'd rather watch Water World.
Nem sei o que foi isso....
It looks a movie for kids.
Not perfect by any means and it appears predictable, but it is smarter than you think. I would be interested in a sequel.
Eu gostei, achei divertido.....apesar da vilã não parecer ter mt proposito, nao terem aproveitado mt o Fenix.... historia foi bem contada.... cortaram o gross.... deixaram oq importava. As cenas de luta são excelentes! Daria nota 7
Bad CGI. Fights Not really interesting. Villain useless.
This movie disappointed me, I was expecting the main character to turn into a Pegasus or at least, horse sound effects from him since he is a Pegasus. But alas all we got was some ugly armor, tragic indeed, I wasted 2 hours for a movie of all neys and no neighs. Sincerely, me
It was a good movie, I enjoyed it. The acting could use some work in certain parts, and the writing, the writing was pretty bad, It was very generic and corny. Had those lines that you see in every movie, but all of them in one. (Like the "this isn't you", or the "so what do we do now" at the end, or the "I thought you'd never ask" kinda lines) writer was either an amateur or out of ideas. and the early fighting and training scenes didn't have good effects (in the sense that punches were obviously not connecting and more) *SEMI SPOILER ALERT* for example, there was a scene where he ducked under a punch and dived to roll head first, but the camera switched to him landing on his front facing where he dived from, which would've only been possible if he had went face up instead of face down, so some stuff didn't match up. But the overall idea for the film and storyline was good, and special effects were good, and fighting scenes with the special effects were really good, especially near the end. I'd watch a part 2
Man, *Knights of the Zodiac* was rough. I went into it knowing nothing about the original manga or anime, so no clue if it’s faithful or not, but wow, this movie was a chore. The CGI is straight out of a 2005 video game—like, did they even try? The acting? Bad. The writing? Worse. The dialogue is so flat and generic it feels like AI wrote it. I didn’t care about a single character, and the actors weren’t exactly bringing their A-game to change that. There are also so many cringy moments that I almost felt secondhand embarrassment for everyone involved. It’s not even the kind of “so bad it’s good” movie you can laugh at—it’s just bad. The one thing I’ll give it is that the core idea of the plot seems cool, but it’s borrowed from the source material. I’m just glad it’s over.
Sera que e dificil seguir a historia original. Enredo não tem nada haver, e como Dragon Bol o filme, resumindo um LIXO
Truly awful in virtually every way you can judge a movie. I believe it took the dedicated work of all three screenwriters to remove anything that might have been thought of as plot, character, theme or idea. But sometimes, late in the evening after a day of some strain and angst, two hours of unrelieved stupid is what you need to convince yourself that the world really IS going to hell in a handbasket...and ought to.
If you want to ruin a franchaise just add arrogant English accent.. what a crap crap crap based on such a wonderful material
Terrible film. The plot makes no sense, the good guys are trying to stop Athena, the bad guys are trying to stop her. The effects are terrible. Camera angles are boringly normal, fight scenes are below average. It's like no one could really be bothered. I guess there was something good in it, no wait, there wasn't.
Based on the international anime sensation, Knights of the Zodiac brings the Saint Seiya saga to the big screen in live-action for the first time. Seiya (Mackenyu), a headstrong street teen, spends his time fighting for cash while he searches for his abducted sister. When one of his fights unwittingly taps into mystical powers he never knew he had, Seiya finds himself thrust into a world of warring saints, ancient magical training and a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection. If he’s to survive, he will need to embrace his destiny and sacrifice everything to take his rightful place among the Knights of the Zodiac.
It’s a really good movie.
I didn't know anything about the source material so I am not biased but I liked this movie. Sean Bean always has a powerful presence. Special affects were ok. Story was good. More of a made for 온라인카지노추천 movie feel but that is ok.
The movie with the worst graphics and plot adapted from animation I have ever seen. The way the rough scene transitions to the actor's expressions is awkward. It's hard to believe that it's being produced in 2023 and it's this bad.
