Marry Me It's a great romance and musical film, a beautiful story with lots of good and catchy music that involves its characters very well.

Love it need 2nd one best so cool best movie ever

When I first watched the film, I thought it was another standard rom-com genre. Later on, I felt that the felt resonated with me, it was a movie made with a lot of depth and heart. The characters who were the leads had a lot of reasons to behave and talk in a certain way throughout the course of the film. Owen Wilson was really good though you felt maybe the director could have added some more depth to his character. It was slightly more real than most of the rom coms coming out of Hollywood.

Cute movie. I really liked it, great music. I mean it鈥檚 stereotypical romcom but still just watch it knowing it鈥檚 nothing fancy but decent.

Lopez can't and Wilson doesn't really act. I love Wilson and would like to think he's in this film because he is a nice guy and thought it would be a cute and child-friendly project. Which it is. Watch it with your 10-year old.

Any movie with JLow, Owwen Wison, and Sarah Silverspoon cannot be good. 3cheesiest "actors".

You can probably tell from the description of the movie whether this is the kind of movie you'll enjoy. If you love "rom coms" and all the cheese that those stories entail, then chances are you will love this movie. If those type of story telling tropes drive you crazy, this isn't going to be the movie to win you over to their side. Although nothing original, I did enjoy good portions of it. Owen Wilson and Jennifer Lopez have good chemistry. It's nice when the romantic leads are actually close to the same age. It doesn't waste much time in getting started. There is a lot of original songs for the film's soundtrack, and I liked most of them. And there is a fun bit of escapism of having a multi-millionaire popstar choosing to marry a random average looking school teacher. Really make the audience say, "that could be me some day." On the negative side, once the third act swings around the movie falls into all the usual romantic comedy stuff. Some late movie drama that is so manufactured, it could have seen the characters looking at the camera to just tell the audience "now is the time for the third act drama." I did find myself laughing at how contrived and forced some of the drama was. There are certainly worse movies one could be forced to watch. If you're in the mood for a cheesy "rom com" go ahead and pick this one out of the crowd.

Amazing romcom with a different view something that I haven鈥檛 really seen before the music is good too

The silly synopsis almost made me not watch this. However, the charm and sincerity of Lopez and Wilson soon sold me the concept. The movie avoided so many pitfalls - it was winsome but not syrupy, surprisingly consistently amusing, without annoying child actors nor caricature antagonists, and even the songs were actually rather good. Airy but very enjoyable.

Bad acting, bad songs. I was laughing at it not with it 馃槵

So I've never left a review for any movie in my entire life, but this movie was so horrifically awful I had to take time out of my day to do this. First off, I couldn't tell if this movie was an adult themed rom-com or a misunderstood children's movie where they can't even pick up on the plot because they are so young. The music in this movie felt like you asked AI to make the most generic pop music you've ever heard in your life. Me and my wife love rom-coms and watch them all the time, this movie had maybe three mildly funny lines and the story progression made absolutely zero sense. Genuinely one of the worst movies I think I've ever seen. Both the director and the writers for this movie should never be a part of making another movie again. The only mildly decent part of this movie is that Owen Wilson played a somewhat consistent character who was wholesome in some parts but then also dropped the craziest most out of pocket lines you ever heard. This movie was beyond confusing One moment it's like kids dancing and pop music playing, next moment waking up after (doing the funny dance scene) The reviews on this movie are astonishing that some people say this movie was even halfway decent blows my mind. It really is like watching a train wreck it's so bad you can't look away but also you want to look away cuz it's so bad it's making your eyes burn But, if you're like my wife and you like to watch horrible movies and make fun of them and have a good time laughing then by all means have at it.

Really pleasant RomCom with two truly appealing actors, Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson, and a nice supporting cast. The dialogues were well-done and it to me the effort to portray the challenges of the meeting of the world of the anonymous with that of media influencers/artists worked. The pop music made for the movie was pleasant, though somewhat forgettable.

Horrible movie, with the worst "actress"

It just feels like JLO wanted her own Notting Hill, but without all the humor or romance. Marry Me (2022) is unbearably generic and shot like a television commercial. Owen Wilson is charming is the regular dad, but Jennifer Lopez just feels too much like herself, despite acting with some emotional sincerity. It tries to critique the shallow celebrity world and vapid social media, but then just showers JLO with praise in these awkwardly cut together singing sequences, where JLO sings one of her forgettable tracks. It's so boring and only held together by Owen Wilson and Jennifer Lopez trying their best to be charismatic, sincere, and endearing. I most surprised that Wilson and Lopez have actual romantic chemistry. I am the least surprised that Maluma cannot act, Sarah Silverman is still unfunny, and Jimmy Fallon is evil.

Owen Wilson as a FATHER --- that was definitely not believable. I even searched him to see if he was a father, turns out he is, but not a present father. I only watched the first 30 minutes, but I couldn't even coast through as a light hearted superficial movie.

It is wonderful but cliche.

Felt like it was made for kids, main characters had depth to them at all. All of Lopez movies seem to be like that= boring

Bland AF. This seems like something JLo would write for herself to star in. Ira far fetched and boring at the same time.
