Synopsis
Once Upon in Philly Part 2 continues the gripping saga of the infamous Philly drug empire, originally established by Ern Williams and now carried on by his protégé, Jiz Johnson. Jiz's rise within the organization comes at the cost of Ern's life, as he seizes the opportunity presented by a fatal home invasion. His mentor, Champ Kelsey, is overlooked by their Cartel connection, Los, following Champ's federal acquittal. Jiz's hunger for power overrides his loyalty to Champ, and a new generation of the gang begins to emerge. TJ, Jiz's childhood friend and the son of the notorious Tone, is released from prison and immediately asserts his claim to a partnership in the organization without hesitation. TJ's aspirations within the criminal underworld are put to the test when he unexpectedly encounters a community outreach coordinator who opens his eyes to the possibility of a life beyond hustling. Morgan brings a newfound depth to TJ's existence, but will it be enough to entice him away from his life of crime? As the story unfolds, jealousy, greed, and envy infiltrate the ranks of the new crew, putting their unity to the ultimate test. Not everyone will prove worthy of their positions, and the transformation from idols to rivals becomes an all-consuming force. In this cutthroat world, ambition reigns supreme, overshadowing all other considerations.
