Outside the Wire Reviews
Solid action, good mix of military and futuristic sci-fi. And thankfully, they didn’t overdo the sci-fi stuff, it was in the right balance, almost realistic looking. If you like that stuff, you will not be disappointed
Would have been top movie if less drama, more actions. Still entertaining enough for me.
One of the movies I passed the time with during the COVID-19 lockdowns. In need of a rewatch to have any real opinion about it.
tried to make the plot interesting but idk something isn't worth a while about it
A pretty solid sci-fi action film. The fight scenes with the robots are intense and the overall story is pretty interesting but feels like it lacks some real emotion with the characters.
Action and robots but the story does not make a lot of sense.
interesting movie, if you liked ' edge of Tomorrow' then you may like this movie too.. alot of action, robots and what appears to be a cyborg soldier
Super! I recommend watching.
My mate Tony said "There was something about it that was just shite from the start and it didn't get any better"
Premise was interesting but took a turn for absurd with a preachy tone.
Would give this around 60%. If you are into sci fi, it's worth the watch, but the ending wasn't as much of a twist as I thought it would be.
"Russia just wants its territories back?" Which territories? The ones that they stole from Ukraine? A shallow take on the 'America - bad' trope. There are better films that deal with this theme, without resorting to uninformed opinion. Otherwise an incoherent, and forgetable sci-fi with dull action scenes and seeming lack of direction. Was this the first film directed by AI?
Yet ANOTHER movie that was totally watchable, but panned by RT "critics".
Russia invades Ukraine. In the future. There are soldiers and robots. That's the gist of it 😹 Long movie. Almost 2 hours. It's ok for a sci-fi action movie. 7/10 on Netflix
Good action movie worth watching on Netflix. A solid sci-fi 'training day' type movie.
Anthony Mackie and Dansom Idris we're the best candidate's for this unpredictable sci-fi film. The action sequences we're good. Enjoyed this film.....
Boring Nothing to say
Outside the Wire delivered a video game storyline that I'd compare to Metal Gear Solid. I'm actually surprised it wasn't a video game first then adapted to film. Storyline, direction, and acting was as good as could be expected. No surprises or massive thrills to write home about. However, as a streamer available on Netflix, it was a great watch on a Friday evening, especially if you have a 65" or larger 온라인카지노추천 and surround sound. Mackie was almost a wasted presence as his portrayal of the android Capt. Leo was very similar to his more popular character The Falcon. Almost anyone else could have played Leo, but I'm glad Mackie chose to take the role as he has a familiar style and charisma that brought some much needed humanity to the android character. The true focus of the film, Damson Idris as Lt. Thomas Harp, was a solid choice for the role. Idris, who is better known for his 온라인카지노추천 roles, convincingly portrayed the cocky and unempathetic drone pilot Harp with several levels of character flaws. Early on in the film, you dislike him, whereas later in the film, you can't help but hope for his success. As a newcomer to the action genre, I can't say I hope to see Idris in more action roles as I feel he is best utilized in dramas, however, I do want to see more of him. Finally, for the action junkies, you will enjoy the action sequences in this film. The special effects, action sequences, and choreography, are done with precision to give us a clear view of everything unfolding on screen. The set ups are well executed and the payoffs are sprinkled throughout the film as to not leave us hanging for too long. I'll give this movie a PLAY, as a quick fix that it is readily available anytime at the click of a button during the hiatus of big budget blockbuster films set to release later this year, and . - BiAP Del
