Anupama Chopra Film Companion The script is so visibly manipulative that it's difficult to stay invested. Rated: 2/5 Nov 16, 2018 Full Review Sukanya Verma Rediff.com Despite its shortcomings, Pihu is an experiment worth encouraging. Rated: 3/5 Nov 19, 2018 Full Review Kumar Shyam The National (UAE) I'm not one to be lenient to films, but I will say it - this movie is a must-watch. Nov 19, 2018 Full Review Shilpa Jamkhandikar Reuters It feels sadistic and unnecessary. Nov 16, 2018 Full Review Raja Sen Hindustan Times A silly, sadistic and torturous experience. Rated: 1.5/5 Nov 16, 2018 Full Review Anna M.M. Vetticad Firstpost Kapri deserves applause for the manner in which he has directed her without needlessly trying to underline her cuteness. At no point does she appear to be acting. And Ms Vishwakarma is such a darling that it is impossible not to be invested in Pihu. Rated: 2.75/5 Nov 16, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Eric D Kept me on the edge. Freaked me out. Based on a true story, but the original child was 4. As it was. I knew that this child in this movie would survive unharmed. But, being a dad myself, it freaked me out just how utterly close he came to death. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/25 Full Review flixster f For the record, the release year of this movie is 2016 and not 1970 (as is displayed when this is written). As for the movie, it's disastrous and a very painful experience to sit through its nearly 90 minutes runtime. Extremely boring. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Really interesting from beginning to end. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member As a passionate hater of drug abuse, this story hit close to home. It is a very real movie which showcases a heartbreaking problem in today's society. This film broke my heart and also kindles an awareness of how drug abuse and domestic violence can tear massive gapes into your family and your heart. I applaud the creator of this film for having the courage to start a conversation about the drug epidemic. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Omg this movie made me cry made me realize a lot of things I go threw and how to appreciate life itself ! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Very though provoking. The acting of little Myra is effortless and innocent as it should be. This movie is a must watch and I think gives a lesson to parents how kids can get caught in the middle of things out of their control. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
