Ronnie one of THE funniest character of all comedies

A favourite. Crude sometimes but not mean spirited with a great ending. Cult movie in the making my liege!

All you need to know about the movie is in the poster. Loud, sick, offensive, mysoginist. Since when is drinking and urinating in public something people should aspire to. Actors are no talent hacks who couldnt act their way out of a wet paper bag. Paul Rude should never make another movie as with his "co-actors". Avoid at all costs.

Great to see a comedy try new things. Due a rewatch.

I really like the stuff from David Wain and the cast from 'The State'. Ken Marino is hilarious in every thing he does, well not that much here, but him, Michael Showalter, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerry Kenney-Silver, Thomas Lennon... great great bunch of talent all around. The story is really nice about friendships and relationships. I like the whole cos play thing. It is very entertaining with delightful performances and storytelling. The "Wings" joke works really well and there are plenty of other memorable moments. Rating: 7.5/10

This is a seriously horrible movie. Most redeeming factor, it's short. I'm so embarrassed that I fell for the trailer.

The most under-rated comedy of the 21st Century. Everything comes together beautifully in this peak perfect accomplishment of funny per minute. The ensemble chemistry between cast members is fantastic. Individual rants (Lynch and Rudd) and absurd overcooked characters (Jeong, A.D. Miles and Lynch) are executed masterfully. In short, I can count on one hand the movies that left my ribs slightly bruised because I was laughing this hard: Borat, the Pink Panther Strikes Again, Airplane, Blazing Saddles. Return of the Pink Panther. Role Models is a peer to these films.

The film follows Danny (Paul Rudd) and Wheeler (Seann William Scott), two energy drink salesmen who, after a series of mishaps, find themselves sentenced to community service as mentors for troubled youth. Like most comedies of its time, the jokes can be a bit outdated. However, it remains an enjoyable and memorable film more than a decade after its release.

There are better role models for us but would you want your kids to grow up and be like these two? Sean William-Scott and Paul Rudd are two best friends They work for a beverage company advocating kids to stay off drugs Danny and Wheeler are two completely different people; Danny is unhappy with his life while Wheeler relishes in his work Danny's girlfriend then breaks up with him getting sick of his pessimistic outlook They both end up crashing a company vehicle facing jail time but Danny's ex gets them leniency by having them sponsoring Sturdy Wings, an organization that has adults make friends with kids who need guidance in their lives The two kids though are tougher than they seem given their mannerisms This is still a very good comedy full of great jokes with both kids and adults Jane Lynch has some of the funniest bits next to Bobb'e J. Thompson as a foul-mouthed kid Acts as a film for nerds by nerd while getting away with crude humor Rudd and Scott work insanely well together

Your average formulaic comedy that guarantees laughter and boasts a solid cast, but also typically ridicules over its crudeness before solidifying in cheesy disinterest. Above all, aside from those affecting flaws, the participating cast progressing the humbling story is what categorically awards the film as satisfactory, nonetheless. (B)

A great and highly rewatchable comedy. Wain isn't really trying to deconstruct too much here but he's still highly unconventional. Also, Jane Lynch's performance is absolutely perfect.

Absolutely hilarious

Being a rebellious teen, a need and gamer at heart, misunderstood and called weird by my family, growing up into a jock and a model which resulted in me being a player/ladies man.... But still remaining deep inside weird and a gamer.... and having a nihilistic phase in my adult life......Yaaaaa, this movie has all of it bottled up inside... I love this movie

C'mon people. This movie is incredible. If you're a fan of laughing, it's a 10/10 unforgettable and quotable comedy

Fun comedy with lots of laughs and some heartfelt moments as well.

Funny teenage type comedy. Stupid at times but really funny

Role Models is a story about 2 guys who face a choice between going to jail and playing with small boys. Yes. Yes it is. The plot contrivances are pretty canned in order to overcome adversity and get the girl, and the ending where they miss their court date to go LARPing and set up a super saccharine ending is maybe a bit over the top. But along the way Rudd and Scott do their darndest to entertain. Yeah, there are some dead spots, but there are also a lot of funny scenes. And yeah, a message as Scott learns about responsibility and Rudd learns to care and lighten up.
