This movie had an excellent cast. However, stereotypes caused this movie to not be entirely funny with no messages or storylines, and is easily forgettable. This film fails to deliver such entertainment value when it comes to comedy.

As a picky watcher and strict reviewer myself, I was shocked with the bad ratings and reviews for this movie to say the least. It was really funny and even creative at times, as even the unoriginal jokes had some sort of an innovative parodic twist. The humor is just right, the cast is top of the line, and the soundtrack is superb. There might be some exaggeration with the bawdiness but that can be overlooked given the other elements. Also, the ending seems incomplete. Other than that, Soul Plane is a lot better than the ratings make it out to be, and is definitely worth the watch. I can name several distinctly similar movies that are objectively worse by a long shot.

3.6|10 Soul plane was the biggest waste of time ever. The only redeeming quality of the movies was snoop dogg. It was not funny with the exception of snoop dogg and a few other jokes. I watched the whole thing through and I can safely say that only 20 minutes total of the movie is actually enjoyable. Do not waste your time unless you love snoop dogg
Soul Plane has enough big laughs to make up for those that fall flat and the ham-handed characterizations.
A fun film that's made to watch with the lads and a few dozen beers
This movie is soooo funny! The cast is amazing! I laughed from the beginning to the last scene. This is for adults due the kind of jokes they played around. Soundtrack is also really good!
5 bags, a 12 pack of soda, and a bunch o' laughs! They don't make them like ‘em like they used to and it was awesome to see Kevin Hart before he was more famous!
Parodying a classic parody only leads into something senseless at a worse turnabout to offend through easy duping, thus imitating what a bad flight would feel like if never been on such. (C-)
Dumb fun. This is better than it should be considering there is no plot or character development to speak of. Fans of absurdist comedy should have a great time. Great for groups of people and lots of booze.
