Synopsis
Middle-aged country music singer Jim King (Donnelly Rhodes) never did get that big break, but he keeps doggedly pursuing it just the same. On a never-ending tour of the seediest watering holes in Ontario, Canada, his latest gig is in his hometown, but the homecoming isn't a happy one. His son lands in juvenile hall; his girlfriend and guitarist, Jenny (Nancy Belle Fuller), quits the band for a solo career; and a stranger (Doug McGrath) is looking to beat him up over an ancient grievance.
