Apr 21, 2025 Full Review Thelma Adams AARP Movies for Grownups Predictability reigns, but the lively characters end up being generous-hearted, offering the audience joyous proof that gay or straight, male or female... sometimes a chosen family trumps the biological one in navigating the pitfalls of modern love. Delfino M The grandmother made the movie Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/24/25 Full Review Kelvin G This was a fun movie with a unique perspective. It wasn't quite as funny as they were selling it to be but it did have some good laughs. I honestly found the character Min the most funny and his relationship with his grandmother and the evolution had the most gravitas. All the actors played their parts well. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/23/25 Full Review rob p It exposes people to same sex marriage, same sex family, and learning about marriages from different cultures. It was very educational and uplifting. It was both humorous and serious. It brought me back to cultural family issues that I was exposed to as a kid. It was amazing!!!
