Hapless inventor Red Pirdy (Red Skelton) has difficulty keeping a day job due to his knack for being an accident magnet. Finding employment as a cab driver, Red quickly jeopardizes his new gig when he demonstrates his latest invention -- unbreakable glass. Upon seeing his technological breakthrough, a gang of criminals, including the shifty Dr. Byron Dokstedder (Walter Slezak), attempt to steal his invention, resulting in plenty of slapstick antics.

Audience Member ASEQUEL OF SORTS TO RED'S THE FULLER BRUSH MAN THE ZANY COMEDY AND JOKES KEEP FLYING HERE AN ALL STAR CAST KEEPS THE FUN COMING. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member I just love Red Skelton. A great Skelton vehicle (pun intended) and loads of fun for the entire family. The only thing I would have liked better would have been color instead of b/w film, however, Red is Red even in black and white. This one goes into my permanent comedy collection.
