Thelma Reviews
Funny... as I'm getting up there, I could relate to a lot of the "old folk" stuff
Loved everything about it. Thelma was excellent. Love seeing seniors fight back.
Cute but a little boring at times and predictable
Loved the acting and how it dealt with getting older!
Jane Squibb and Richard Rountree proved that age and experience matter! They both did an excellent job of conveying both humor and poignancy, representing the lives of older seniors and their experiences. The writing struck a great balance between humor and pulling at the heartstrings. It was consistently engaging throughout the entire film.
Great story and loved the actors!
Simply the dumbest movie I have ever seen. I am so sad Richard Roundtree and Malcom McDowell lowered themselves to this.
It was great and could relate to what she was going through in real life.
A rare movie that sees the elderly as people, their foibles and their strengths both on display. A great final performance by Richard Roundtree.
Sweet story. Youll leave feeling hopeful and happy!
A truly charming and heartfelt picture of aging in America, with all of its contradictions and complications.
Great film didnt know was a true story! Go see it!
Wonderful, human interest and humorous
Well acted. Amusing although parts a bit longer than nesessary.
Charming, intriguing, satisfying
Touching, suspenseful, uplifting and respectful
A touching and beautiful little film. I wish there were more like this these days.
Such an incredible film!
A tug at your heart movie with genuine laughs and shared humanity
Nice to see older folks meeting the challenges of growing older, showing that they can still have a meaningful life, no matter concerns of well meaning family.
