Very 1980s. But well done for that. Today, less sympathy for the bloke. But why wasn’t she on meds? The happy family ending would make Trumpites proud, if a little squirmy. Poor old rabbit.

Muy buena película, de las que ya no se hacen. Magníficas actuaciones de Michael Douglas, Glenn Close y Anne Archer. Te mantiene atento todo el tiempo.

So when this film came out it was massive. Everyone was watching it because it was something we had never seen before. Superb performances. There is also a an alternative ending. I mean completely different endings as well so worth watching both.m Highly recommended

This erotic thriller will definitely terrified every men's pants off and Glenn Close performance really blow us away to be a nice woman to crazy psychotic stalker and really terrific writing and directing and one of the best climax of thriller ever.

This has really aged well. I remember seeing it when it came out and thinking it was pretty good. But now I appreciate how amazing an Actor Glenn Close is. Michael Douglas was very good as well but Glenn Close was amazing.

Anticlamactic, but over all amazing movie. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would have.

If Puccini were still alive, he would be justified in suing Adrian Lyne for featuring his music in this gratuitous sleaze fest.

I rewatched this over the weekend and I’m so glad I did. It’s been a while since I have seen it but, the more you watch films that are lacklustre, the more appreciation you have for those that shine. All lead performances are of course, wonderful but it is Glenn Close who steals it for me. She’s so fluid, she just becomes her character and you are there with her, right from the start. She’s unnerving, vulnerable, dangerous and clever. Her performance is layered, engaging and almost documentary-style. I love her as an actress but seeing her in this role, she’s got the balance perfectly right because she’s able to bring you through varied emotions whilst watching her. The warmth of this ageing film is glorious to watch, the cinematography is advanced for its time and you’re left with no questions. A great movie to rewatch, a solid, classic winner.

Pathetic madhouse. The much too long lasting nevrotic split, between the lover and the husband

This was such an intense, amazing movie. The acting and storyline were exceptional. I'll never forget hearing reports that lady's man types were afraid to date for months after this movie released.
