The Fugitive Reviews
Solid writing and solid directing. Must see!
Really was a great movie! I was just a teenager when this was released and I absolutely loved it! Also love the sequel to it called U.S. Marshall's with Tommy Lee Jones!
An awesome action thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time thanks to its excellent step-by-step pacing that is constantly moving yet continues the logical A-to-B methods of every move made by Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones’ characters in an epic matchup of cat-and-mouse. Both actors knock it out of the park and leave you heavily invested with a sense of satisfaction, as they both continue to make smart and clever choices that keeps you guessing on who’s going to get what they want first. The characters’ intelligence leaves them flexible to new evidence of the crime scene, which is a breath of fresh air compared to so many other on-the-run movies where the authority figures never believe the hero no matter how obvious the fabrication is. The bus and train crashes were amazing and impressive with how they pulled it off for real. It’s also refreshing that the movie actually shot on-site in the city of Chicago instead of any stand-ins. The cinematography took great advantage of the grand scale gothic architecture vistas of the city. They even shot a chase sequence live at the actual St Patrick’s Day Parade near the Chicago River dyeing. It’s a hugely entertaining action thriller that puts you in the shoes of the fugitive and is easily one of Harrison Ford’s most underappreciated performances.
Another great individualistic action revenge thriller that is complimented by the amazing performances and chemistry of the two main characters (Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones) and a great script overrall. Really nothing much more i can say, must-watch if you are a fan of the genre.
I have watched the movie and I am extremely disappointed in the story title and storyline!!! I would not recommend it to anybody unless your trying to waste 2 hours of your life over this shitty ass movie😟
Well written and acted by Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones. While it certainly has some suggestive practical effects like the dummy falling from the dam, It's still a good watch and a good time.
Great film that holds up. Watched it again with some family who haven’t seen it and it didn’t disappoint.
An all time classic with tons of suspense, great acting, great writing, and good old-fashioned Hollywood film making.
Soooo so so so good!!! There’s so much to talk about this movie but I kinda don’t want to post a long review. Just watch the movie it’s a must-see
One of the best movies of the 1990s. It has more momentum than the Concorde.
30 years later this is still the crown jewel of crime thrillers.
Love this movie. The editing is perfect to tell the story without looking like "We have to stick this in the movie just because the studio said to." All the actions had a purpose and place in the story. Exciting, fun, and awesome. Then, of course, the train wreck scene. Knowing it was all real, no CGI, incredible. In my top 5 of all time...
Excellent. Great thriller.
🍅 8.4/10 I love how he wore green on St. Patrick’s Day he ain’t getting pinched. Consistently, entertaining thriller with great performance by Harrison Ford. It’s smart and it’s engaging. Also, I didn’t know that they dyed the water green in Chicago, how come I never heard of this?
"The Fugitive" is always a delight to watch. Whenever it is on 온라인카지노추천, the channel surfing stops, and I watch through to the end. It is the best example of suspense in a film that isn't directed by Hitchcock. It is absolutely the best movie based on a 온라인카지노추천 Series, it elevates its source material and is now the definitive thing people think of when they think "Fugitive". Harrison Ford puts in a great performance as always. And Tommy Lee Jones puts in a career defining, Oscar winning role as Sam Gerard. The movie has one of the all-time best hooks to get the audience's attention to begin the movie. The movie starts out good and just keeps going. This is an absolute must watch for any fan of action, suspense or just good story telling.
Harrison Ford is a classic movie star. He never misses
Man runs away, gets found, escapes, and runs away again. Several times. Despite the action, I found myself nearly falling asleep from how repetitive this movie's plot is. Next to no dialogue of any substance.
Uma fuga alucinante protagonizada por Harrison Ford, um homem desesperado em busca de respostas para provar a inocência de um crime que não cometeu. Vale a pena conferir.
The Fugitive holds up extremely well despite being a very typical nineties action thriller. It's well-shot, well-directed and fairly well-written. The only real let down is the somewhat cartoonish henchman and the not-so original mystery.
Peak '90s remake of peak '60s 온라인카지노추천. Peak.
