Molly Shannon is brilliantly funny, as is Will Ferrell, the plot is ridiculous and fun, and it thoroughly made the cut into my favorite movies.

Molly shannon is way underrated . She is in the top five all time prat fall comedians . Anyone who says differently doesn't know who should be on the Mt. Rushmore next to dick van dike and chevy chase... The intensity she can deliver mixed with the acting chops will rival and day time actress on her best day. This movie has some of the best comedians of the 90's . Probably one of the best snl moves that got made. I will die on that hill.

Very funny. And heart-warming. I have no idea where all the negativity from the critics is coming from. I think they just don't get it. Molly Shannon is fantastic, as is the rest of the cast. No, it's not a mainstream comedy. It's quirky and goofy and over-the-top and, yes, stupid. As in stupid funny.

I feel genuinely sorry for the people who don't find this movie funny, because it's one of the funniest movies I have ever seen!! I have probably watched it over 30 times, and still laugh every time I see it - and I normally don't find SNL funny. This one is definitely a cult-classic.

This is what I would like to call a silly comedy movie. The movie definitely has its funny moments, but it's far from anything spectacular. Which this is also far from my first choice, but it's definitely something that I could watch if there's nothing else or if I need some background noise.
