The Lovely Bones Reviews
incredible , thought provoking and intense/ scary. I have absolutely no idea how this is rated anything below 80%. This movie will stay with you for a very long time if not always
LOVED IT!! it's the kind of movie that will stay with you for quite some time. People who gave a bad review, obviously don't know a good thing when they see it! It's moving and dramatic, terrifying at times and also very sad. Something no parent should have to go through! Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.s not sure how Susan Sarandon hasn't got lung cancer yet!!!
How not to watch a movie with Stanley Tucci, great actor, sadly and hard to watch but it has become reality for some people, for me is a good movie that you have to watch at least once
This movie made me cry and it can happen in real life
A disjointed movie, with impressive cast. A letdown, with an awful ending, with too many open characters arcs...a frustrating waste of 2 hours.
Clipped and direct. Subject matter is unsettling but good tight movie if you can leave your emotions behind.
Sad ending but good movie
It has all the makings of a truly affecting thriller-drama, but an overpopulation of characters and disappointing lack of narrative clarity keep The Lovely Bones from becoming anything more than a manipulative, excessively sentimental visual tour-de-force from Weta Digital.
This movie is one of the WORST I have ever watched. I get it's important for her and the others to be free but come on justice wasn't served right out at all only at his old age plus who knows the amount of girls he would have killed during those progress. Visual appealing but storyline is TRASHHHHH.
This one will stay with you a long while after. Brilliant performances from Tucci and Wahlberg
I first saw it a decade and some ago , it can seem slow but that’s its power it grows on you and you can’t forget it.
Very good movie but also very sad
Tedious, simply tedious. Definitely a miss by a great director. You keep waiting for a flow, something tangible, never happens.
Even though there was something of a good performance from some of the actresses, this movie was the WORST movie I HAVE EVER SEEN. After almost two hours of sadness and pain we end up without seeing ANY justice for Susie
Genuinely with no sarcasm, the worst film I have ever seen. Me and my girlfriend sat down and watched it and an hour in, we looked to see how long was left of the film. There was still another hour and a half left and we watched the rest in hopes it would get better, it didn’t. Waste.
If you go in expecting a horror, well don't?? It's not listed as a horror for a reason. There are some scenes filled with suspension, which is why it might get classified a thriller. It's a heart wrenching story that delves into some serious, heavy topics, but it's still delivered in a tactful way. Saoirse Ronan and Stanley Tucci deliver great performances. Strongly dislike Wahlberg, but I'll admit he was not bad in this one.
The movie is stretched, boring and there is almost no continuity. A severe waste of time
You may be disappointed if you go in looking for a good horror. It's a good drama with horror elements or something like that. Nothing more, nothing less if you ask me 🤷♂️ Other than that, Stanley Tucci's performance was great.
