More of a chick flick but something for the guys too.

13 Going on 30 was a quintessential, charming, and invigorating romantic comedy from the 2000s, showcasing Jennifer Garner’s most iconic performance of her illustrious career. Grading: B+

This movie is actually good. Nice comedy and cast.

Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next” music video makes a lot more sense now. I cannot believe it took me this long to finally watch this movie. It is everything rom com should want to be AND it’s set in nyc AND the fashion is everything. Jennifer Garner is a national treasure. We always are focused on the future and never live in the present, and this film perfectly showcases that. The Vienna sequence made me BAWL. I can’t wait to watch this movie over and over and over again.

Doesn't try to be what it is not. Yeah, it is overly sentimental, but it really does a great job with that whole 'Big' thing. Maybe Big did it better, but this has a soft spot for me.

Mas a realidade lhe ensina que nem tudo o que queremos é algo bom e que pular etapas da vida é prejudicial. Divertido, leve, criativo, reflexivo.

A creative little premise that doesn't lead to the emotionally significant crescendos one might expect. Garner and Ruffalo more or less 'make' the picture.

Jennifer Garner is such a bad actress. Judy Greer is a million times better actress and this movie would have been really cute with more of her and less Garner.

Jennifer Garner puts off a stunning performance, one that is an excellent rendition of the behaviour of younger teens; unaware of mature opinions, yet presenting their ecstatic and creative minds. Garner's performance is pure perfection. The story; thoughtful and cleverly directed towards all age groups in the audiences, something which is quite hard to do in a comedy about children. Executed quite well too!

What a great movie, I was re-watching yesterday and still so good. I know it's like a classic, so obviously it's good, but for me the movie isn't a classic, I mean, I don't have that feeling of nostalgia and everything watching this, cause I'm younger than this movie. But really doesn't show its age, it doesn't appear to be so old, of course for me it is lol. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting more closer of the 30y Jenna than I am of the 13y Jenna, and the next year (less than a month for 2024) I'm gonna start my adult life, and that kind of freaks me out and I really understand that feeling of just wake up when your life is already built, it's more easy than pass for everything. I understand you Jenna. I love the soundtrack, and the characters and obviously, New York city baby. The film has some problems but they don't bother me at all, the only thing that bothers me it's this feeling of fear, and idk what can happen in this new fase of my life.

Gostei muito da proposta que o filme tem, mas não achei interessante a forma que eles TENTAM fazer um "plost-twist" no final, o que desorganizou toda história. Quando eu falo que TENTARAM é porque a causa não teve muito sentido.
