Remarkable outstanding. A MUST WATCH!

Heartbreaking yet so inspiring! Such courage these women possessed who knew the risks were very possible they would not survive. Because they believed in their mission and abhorred Hitlers violence so much that they were willing to risk it all as many did. These women were all heros. A must watch!

Well despite the usual stupid men, clever women stuff at the start this turned out to be engaging as it was clearly based on real people and events - courageous people whose courage often goes unsung.

Thomas and Apte were good. Katic wasn't up to the roll at all given the potential depth of the character. A gal tale. A lot of spies died in the early going, mostly men but the focus of this movie one woman in particular so the theme centered around women seemed apt. Important story but a light weight in execution. Some scenes really not staged well at all and transitions a little clunky. It's like they knew what had to come next, slapped a scene together to advance the plot and hoped it would work in editing. Like making it to the river. But in the end it was informative, historical and told the story of exceptional women, one in particular with a wooden leg.

Overall, those who enjoy a dramatic war film will find this story very interesting and touching.  It is a story I was not familiar with, filled with tremendous performances and a strong musical score.  Considering this is the director's second feature, it is certainly praiseworthy and was able to bring a true story to life that is rather powerful and unforgettable.

Good performances and decent production support the incredible true stories of three women who chose to create and become spies during ww2. Definitely worth watching

A fairly solid war movie based on actual events. Whilst there are no notable big screen movie names on show, some familiar 온라인카지노추천 stars are pretty good and make up a worthy ensemble cast. If you like wartime movies, worth watching.

Solid movie making. A wonderful tribute to these strong women doing their part to fight against evil. All 3 main female leads were outstanding in their characterizations…sober, committed and real. I really enjoyed the fact that the film did not play like so many movies that have to manufacture tension. The story told itself without overly dramatic music nor contrived situations.

I wanted to love this film. I like the subject matter. There is a lack of tension that isn't overcome. I found of myself wanting the movie to end.

This is an interesting story with some good performances but its not quite as gripping as I may have expected. It's certainly tense and its very much a character driven film, as there aren't a lot of visual effects or action based scenes to keep you entertained. That's not necessarily a bad thing, depending on what you like. There's also a fair bit of subtitles present, so that may or may not bother you - thats unavoidable given the film is set in France. Its interesting how people are shown to be suspicious of others, sometimes rightly so perhaps... it makes you wonder how it must have been to live at such a time. I'd like to think I won't experience a world war but these days, who knows. Its a good enough type watch, the story is certainly intriguing but its not one of the most gripping films I've seen, possibly due to a lack of more context given about the characters so I don't think I'd actively recommend this film as such, no.

Brave women. Riveting true story.

I only got about 10 minutes in, but a couple of glaring historical errors and I decided it was not worth it. Error 1: In the street scenes, no one is carrying a gas mask. Error 2: At the beginning of the movie, France has just fallen, but in the early party scene, a comment is made that the Blitz is over. The Blitz really began when the Nazis took over France.

The story of British women spies is a story that needed to be told. Their courage, resourcefulness, ingenuity, all bring them credit. A movie well worth the time.

Slow moving but had a lot of issues to deal with. Interesting story and a true story which made it better. I recommend watching it.

This is a very well done movie and interesting piece of history. Very moving with a good cast. It was nice to see "Becket" from the Castle tv series in a different role.

This spy movie was really good. Stana Katic, Sarah Megan Thomas, Radhika Apte, Linus Roache, and the rest of the cast did a fantastic job in this movie. This true story about the first female spies in the SOE planning on forming resistance groups all over the world to take down Hitler and the Nazi Germans was dramatic, thrilling, and intense. It's about doing something that's risky but courageous to do in order to destroy the enemy. If you haven't seen this movie yet, check it out sometime. It's a must see.

At first appearance, this film holds promise. However, immediately it mischaracterizes the main characters as feminists before anything else, at the expense of the image of the men. It goes on to show the agents as clumsier than they were (in one case) or as valuable but not extraordinary individuals (in the other). Finally, it ends just when the really important events were about to occur. I would suggest getting Sonia Purnell's "A Woman of No Importance: The Untold Story of the American Spy Who Helped Win World War II" for a *real* biography of Virginia Hall.

Quietly powerful. Brilliant performances - especially from SMT and RA. Brilliant
