Leslie Nielsen, Robert Stack, Robert Hayes, Lloyd Bridges, Julie Hagerty, Steven Stucker, and Otto The Autopilot. Has some of the best one-liners of all time. The scenes with Ted reminiscing about Elaine or LOL. Leslie Nielsen and Lloyd Bridges are the kings of comedy parodies. Even though this movie came out in the '80s the movie is not dated. It's still holds up to this day. The movie is just as funny now as it was then. This is definitely a cult classic.

Ah Airplane! Must see for anyone with a sense of humor. If you have not seen it, see it immediately and when you’re done, you’re probably gonna wanna watch it again. Some of the youngsters may not get some of the jokes so make sure you have an older person there with you to explain it if you don’t get it, but I believe this film still holds up today. Completely irreverent. Just a joy to behold.

A comedy classic that started a trend of parody films. Many more current ones don’t cut it but Airplane still stands the test of time. Great cast of usually serious actors killing it in this funny film. Laughs from start to finish. Some hit and miss but mostly hits. It was so funny from start to finish. It knew what it was and exploited the hell out of it. It had a premise and every step along the way it made fun of the airline industry. The only thing a comedy has to do is be funny. The plot, characters, ect can be terrible but if its funny all is forgiven. Highly recommend this.
