Mare's acting was poor. How can a teenage girl keep exiting the safe car to point out the lion whereabouts? I live in Africa - we fear lions!! She cats like lions are domestic house cats.

Everybody in this films is stupid, why are they so stupid. Are they supposed to be so stupid? I was rooting for the lion, until I realised that was stupid aswell. Why was he making all that racket when he was trying to hide from the lion, why can’t the stupid daughters listen to SIMPLE instructions! Stay in the truck, nope. One of them gotta get out and try and be a hero. Don’t wander off, nope. The other stupid daughter has to toddle off and starts cwying when she sees something doesn’t like, wah. Don’t be so stupid then!!!! 10/10 would recommend

It's ok, but don't expect too much.

One giant advert for why people who work in the wilderness should have a sat phone. Characters acted stupidly, park warden woefully ill equipped, grabbing a gun but not ammo??? - just couldn't get over how contrived it was.

I imagine that everyone has seen very bad movies in their lives. Well... this one is a strong contender. It is not easy to write anything new (negative) about it that hasn't been written already by others. Extremely frustrating movie to watch with so many unbelievable decisions that you know no person would make in those situations. To the point of being ridiculous. I know it's supposed to build up the tension but it needs to be believable. The acting is not great. The story line is believable and the action sequences are great

Dear God, I love Idris Elba, but how did he get himself embroiled in this mess? I've never been as annoyed and wanting to throw the remote at the t.v. screen. Those two daughters.....grr! I wanted the lion to eat them a.s.a.p. How could the script writer do such a bad job? Be warned.

OK if you have nothing else to do, more flaws than you can count, and the worlds most ineffective croc. I agree with others, the girls are stupid and annoying, seems to be quite common in streaming movies that youth can't follow instructions, shut up or make sensible decisions. David Attenborough would have a conniption.

I enjoyed this movie. Idris Elba was great (as always). I just wish the movie was longer. I felt like they could have made it longer and added to the characters back story.
