anticlimactic ending

Exceeded expectations. It was a good night out with the family. We're going to add this one to our Liam Neeson movie marathon. If you love action and you love Liam you'll love Blacklight. It is not Taken and I liked that it didn't pretend to be Taken at all. Nice balance of thriller plot and action.

Same director as Honest Thief. This was a good movie. Lots to love here even besides Liam Neeson. The other actors including the daughter and the granddaughter and the journalist were really good. I liked the plot - seemed real and I liked the action sequences.

Yes yes yes! highly recommend. It's exactly what you expect from the trailer and doesn't disappoint with lots of Liam action scenes and some really cool car chases and this particular one with a truck that was dope. Anyway go see it!

Excellent movie! I know its not for the critics but if you love action with a good plot and LIAM NEESON then you'll have a good experience watching this film. I really got into it and I was sad when it was over. Loved it!

Blacklight was interesting because while its an action movie it also brought up some real world government things that I am sure are actually happening. It referenced a thing called cointelpro which was a real thing going on in the 60s but I wouldn't be surprised if that stuff is still happening today. Scary stuff. But good movie!

Had a blast going to the actual theatre and seeing BLACKLIGHT. I know I've been under a rock but it was great to get out and see a movie on the big screen. Liam kicks ass and I really liked Emmy Raver Lampman as well as the other actor who played the younger agent. Lots of interesting stories all woven together.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was a really fun ride and kept me entertained the whole way through. If you can't suspend a little disbelief and be in the moment with a movie like this then you're a sad human. LOL. Just kidding. But Liam is the best and a movie like this is great escapism.

Blacklight was excellent, action packed and suspenseful.

Clean good action movie , some parts specially at the end could’ve been better but it’s a good movie

I really enjoyed Blacklight. I'm glad I got to see it while it was still in the cinema. Liam Neeson was excellent and I liked the reporter character they made a fun team. The ending was fun and I really liked the action sequences. I looked up this director and he's done another Liam Neeson film which I'm going to watch at home. I think some people might think from the Blacklight trailer that they are going to see Taken but I think that this movie was very different to Taken...of course it had Liam in it doing action stuff but other than that not many other similarities. It was more about the political stuff going on in the world. But maybe disguised inside an action movie!

The ending fell flat!

The movie was great! It had a lot of action and easy to follow! I would highly recommend it!

Recommended. Everything in the trailer and more. I'll watch it again when it comes out on Tv. Looking forward to adding Blacklight to my Liam Neeson marathon.

Went with my sister because she's a Liam fan (huge fan) so I'm writing this review for both of us. Loved the scenes with Liam and the reporter and also the relationship he had with the daughter and the grandkid.

Sweet action-y movie from Liam Neeson. I liked this one and also the other one that this director directed called Honest Thief. It's a good escape from reality. It was like the trailer lots of action with a political thriller aspect to it.

The critics are saying this is like 8% and audiences are like nah its 80%. Seems like critics might be a lil outta touch of what we wanna see. I thought this film was dope. Liam is still an action hero at age 70 or whatever and he's just great.

I had an idea of what was going to happen but it didn't spoil the experience for me. It was basically a longer version of the trailer so if you like the trailer you'll like the movie. Liam is awesome

Total Liam Neeson bliss. The younger guy was good too. Liked the reporter she's a really good actress.

At some point during the middle of this movie I realized I was having so much fun I didn't want it to end. Blacklight didn't change my ideas on the world but it was extremely entertaining.
