Once again critics on Rotten Tomatoes lack the understanding of what a comedy is supposed.to be. But this film here is one of the best films of this genre. It's.fun and memorable.

This film was okay. Martin Lawrence tries his best to make the film work with his comedic timing and energy, which is mostly good, but others in the film let him down. The supporting cast feels uninspiring and forgettable. The plot of the film is predictable and stereotypical, making it difficult for the movie to stand out and be memorable within its genre. Despite this, it is still an enjoyable film for a random night's watch. Perhaps the film could have been more interesting if it had been played more seriously. At the end of the day, it is just a fun '90s comedy film that could have been better.

This Film is categorically a special of its time, the actors their dialogue and even the music are all a comedic reflection of the old world and it's war on crime. Blue streak is a hilarious enjoyable film following Martin Laurence through an almost "Catch me if you Can" scenario! Never gets old timeless classic.

Peak Martin Lawrence Comedy combined with an all star cast, it strikes all the boxes on a good and enjoyable comedy.

The music is good. Sometimes it can be a bit dated with the Hip Hop tracks and some generic tracks but it works for the most part. The camerawork is decent and the settings is memorable. The highlight is the action scenes at the start and end which are solidly done. Everything else is decent. The main issue is the humor that holds this back even though most of the humor works well for the most part. This doesn't know when to slow down and take itself more serious outside of the start and ending. Also, there isn't much in the way of character here either save for Logan. Wilson isn't that funny as a partner either and can't match Lawrence's lightspeed humor pace. This just needed to dial back the humor at times and focus on more character development, and have more slow/serious moments to balance out the humor. The villian is decent also. The humor isn't funny enough by the supporting cast to justify going full fledge comedy the whole way. It's still entertaining though. Anyone who likes Lawrence or any actors in this will probably like this.

While predictable and hardly a masterpiece, Blue Streak's amusing setup, Martin Lawrence's performance + comedic timing and some fun action make it a decent crime comedy. Doesn't hold a candle to the Bad Boys trilogy, though. Yes, I like 1 & 2, no regrets!

There's something incredibly hilarious about a jewel thief hiding his jewels in a police station in the making. The relationships that follow be it his old criminal pals, or new police pals, trust and deception, with a pile of comedic relief make this an enjoyable crime movie that you don't have to take entirely seriously but will enjoy immensely. Luke Wilson and Martin Lawrence don't seem like they'd mesh well, and that's exactly why it works. The contrast between these two is comedic Gold.

A lighthearted comedy where a crook goes undercover as a cop to find a Diamond. That he hid in a building. That is now a police station.

For a bit of fun & laughter, this film is just fine. Martin Lawrence is a funny as ever, with stupid cops added in.

77/100 - martin lawrence gets to show how funny he is. and hes pretty funny. an interesting thought, what would you do if you stole a diamond?

Funny, good action, and a perfect ending. Definitely going to be rewatching this sometime in the future.
