Great story of struggle and perseverance but I would’ve loved to see more of his story.

Brilliant. Angel Studios own version of "Good Will Hunting." So glad they purchase the rights for this film. Everyone involved deserved it to be seen by the general audience.

Incredible true story, I was in tears. The lengths that teacher went for his student was truly remarkable. He showed so much compassion and love for someone who had literally no one else at a young age. So happy to see this kid come from such a traumatic childhood and make something of himself and do well. He sets such a good example for other victims specifically children. Makes me want to help all these kids now

Excellently made and produced movie the acting was phenomenal and true storyline was consistent and the movie kept your interest the entire time. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Angel Studios hit this one on the head. They’ve missed a few but this one was good. Super inspiring, relevant and true.

I thought the movie was a great one about a very traumatized young man who needed lots of loving and he got it from his teacher who really cared about him. Watching his mom be murdered and his dad commit suicide right in front of him would do that in a very big way. He was lucky to survive his own suicide attempt.

Great story…could’ve done without the repeated curse “word.”….otherwise very well done. I recommend it.

last 5 minutes are uplifting. The other 110 minutes were depressing.

It’s more predictable than the studio’s previous outings, but it still got some raw heart and authentic representation of the people in these cases.

This is a movie I would recommend!! In today's society, with the political, business, and social strife that is going on, this movie takes us back to the idea of what it means to be kind to one another and looking out for others. I loved the story of how one teacher's selfless act impacted a teenager's life! I walked out of the theater with a smile!

While I am a huge proponent of positive and light-filled filmmaking, we need to stop giving 5-star reviews to these movies just because we want them to succeed. The acting, as usual with feel-good movies, was subpar. Audio work was lower tier. The story alone is nothing to write home about. It could be for a tv movie, but not unique enough to turn it into a feature film. I don't believe this film will do well financially. The characters were not believable. There was a lot of unnecessary male nudity - what gives? Just not a great movie.

Absolutely would recommend seeing this show!!! Amazing story and will make you shed a few tears!
