It’s hard to pick Hardys best acting performance when there’s so many to choose from. Such a versatile actor, and despite other people acting in this movie we only seem to see him. Just an insane piece of acting from this man

20 minutes was way too long for me to waste on this show. Tom Hardy can do much better choosing his roles. This deserved to be a box office bomb.

I’m giving this a 6 because I kind of hate “tough guy” movies, but the filmmaking was very well done with a loony, dedicated performance by Tom Hardy. It takes no shame in its almost heavy handed allusions to “A Clockwork Orange”. The colors are vivid and pop, and the landscapes of Old England are inspiring. It has a very dark knowing sense of humor. Tom Hardy gives a 110% to this character (as usual). A frenetic yet sleepy film with a not for the faint of heart warning. Recommended.

A triumph of style over substance. The story is told by Bronson (Tom Hardy) as a kind of music hall pastiche; there is dark humour, violence and no real attempt to understand the person himself. Is it right to make a film out of such subject matter? Whether it is or not, it's a riveting watch.

A real mess of a movie, which can't decide if it's a thriller, comedy or musical. Rampantly plagiaristic of A Clockwork Orange and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, it singularly fails to hit the mark and eventually just becomes irritating and incredibly boring. A waste of a potentially great story and a fine actor. Pretentious rubbish!

This movie is gripping and gives a great insight into bronsons life and history, knowing everything about him it feels wronged.

Very theatrical. I felt I was watching a stage show. Hardy is - as usual - brilliant. This is not for the squeamish. It leads the watcher, the observer, the audience member, weary and satiated. Watch it. Watch a man fight himself and win and slowly die in the process. Unusual to say the least. I couldn't not watch.

well to start you are not allowed laces belts or sunglasses in prison they are all weapons if you choose to make a movie you should do your research because it might not look so unbievable he is a good actor so bad on him to not reaserching

Director Nicolas Winding Refn knows how to break a flat screen before "Drive" while also capable of tuning artistic brilliancy towards his presented vision as both he and Tom Hardy evokes uncertain fear by disturbance from framing a biographical character study of one man's mental addiction in violent outbursts through unpredictable demeanor.
