Been a long time since i watched something as entertaining and funny as this.

A good mix of over-the-top action and comedy. The cast is a very fun collection of actors and play their parts well. The story has a lot of twists and turns, but never takes its self too serious. It's ridiculous in a good way. It's not going to win a bunch of awards or anything, but should keep you fairly entertained for 2 hours.

I was pretty torn between a 4 or a 4.5 here. The cinematography is really good It's got lots of style, flare, great direction, very creative actions scenes that feel very inspired by The Kingsman movies. The lighting and setting is really creative too. The background of Japan is very colorful as well. Some scenes though are very farfetched, lots of plot conviences, and it's very over the top. But it gets away with it because it's not taking itself serious and having fun with it and succeeds. The music is really good too and rocks out really well too. The acting is pretty solid. Sanada is really good and probably the best actor in this. It's a shame he isn't in it for longer. Shannon does a great job too for only being in this a sort bit as well. The dialouge is kind of weird. It feels like it was written by Tarintino 60-70% of the time without being as R rated but the other bits are all plot expose moments done in very creative ways. The editing is good but probably the shakiest aspect. This starts out very jumpy, way too eager to set up as many characters as possible, and just throws so much information at you so quickly that there is no way someone can retain all of it. Trying to give all 5+ characters layered backstories and frontload a lot of it makes this have a very bloated feel throughtout. But still the pacing is really good I'd say because in the second half it starts keeping them all together and the jumpiness slowly settles down the longer it goes for. I don't know how'd you'd fix that becuase the plot is a double edged sword here. It's extremely complicated on top of layered characters and thanks to the direction it works really well overall for a fun, mindless, creative, quirky, and action filled time. This film feels like if you took The Kingsman action scenes, Guardians of the Galaxy Soundtrack, Tarintino characters, edited like a Guy Ritchie Snatch/Lock-Stock type film in a Hitchcock style scenario. Could it probably cut out some of the farfetched stuff and be smarter? Probably but it would'nt be as fun. Anyone who is a fan of any actors in this, the director, action, comedy, thrillers, or heist/crime style flicks should check this out. A Classic action flick.

Enjoyable and the cinematography is just beautiful

Bullet Train is a titanic joy to watch thanks to how funny it is, and how it makes a wonderful job making you care about the characters. Its violent, its crazy and its a lot of fun. David Leitch best film so far.

Moves quickly with stylistic action sequences, fun characters, and great performances

This is a Fantastic Film , Don't Listen to Others , Just Hop on and it takes you on a Rollercoaster, Absolutely Fast Paced Movie that doesn't not even bore a tiny , Bradd pitt , Aaron taylor, Hiroyuki Sanada were brilliant as always, A colour Themed Picture, You must see this , This is Banger with a even banger Background Score

Not every meal has to be a Wagyu Steak. Sometimes you just want a grilled cheese, or some candy. Bullet Train is the same way. Don't watch this movie expecting something deep. It's fun, thrilling, and action packed. No frame is wasted. Every single bit of this movie leads up to the climax. It's a fun movie to watch, and is definitely worth 2 hours of your time.

One of the most underrated movies I’ve seen, this movie is funny, charming and very stylized.

First time I watched it I thought it was okay, quite fun but very disappointing. On a rewatch I can confirm it IS disappointing, and just feels like a parody of “fun” action films. It just gets tiring, okay? I hope if you watch it you might have fun, but it didn’t work for me.

I like Brad Pitt, But this is one of the Worst movies I had ever seen. Plot was awful. Very hard to understand the accents. Like really hard to understand. Brad Pitts character was just a big empty nothing.

Not great but worth a watch. This is more of a tribute to Jackie Chan.

With wit, great direction, and standout performances all around, it's everything I want in action movie

Where to start with this star studded , action packed movie!? The story line is brilliant and the constant twists and turns are so fast it keeps you on your toes. The characters are all really well thought out and acted and there are a couple of great cameos. The action is literally non stop and expertly correographed. This isnthe kind of movie you watch again and again and still spot things you missed before. Highly highly recommend.

By far one of the best movies ever. Lemon and tangerine are incredible!

I Don’t get the negative reviews for this. This was a fun, solid action comedy.
