Filme ruim, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas de comédia sao fracas, o elenco é mais ou menos, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, a história é fraca, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes para fazer o filme ser bom.

Chips walks the line between an action movie and a late-night comedy and it does this very well. Full of fun chase scenes, witty dialogue and wacky characters. The only negative I can find is that the short runtime doesn't give the characters room to grow. I would have loved to see a sequel.

People who find ridiculous, creative banter comedies must be dead inside. I've heard it's "low-IQ" and such, but as an aside, it's tightly structured, the leads have excellent chemistry and it's unabashedly poking fun at itself. All actors involved, from Pena and Shepherd to the cameos, all have terrific lines and spot on delivery. There's actually a story, but it's built upon the outlandish dialogue and unashamedly crass humor. The action is wonderful 80s style buddy-cop fare. If you're dumb, or overtly sensitive or even a Debbie Downer, you'll think it's dumb. Nuff said.

Not as bad as people made out. Watchable and dax did a good job.

If I had not been among company that wanted to see this I would have turned it off. I've not seen the original series, so my gripes with this are not due complaints about that. Instead it's that the humor in this movie is so juvenile and wildly lowbrow jokes that it may only entertain a 16 year-old who still giggles when genitalia are mentioned.

This movie gets a really bad rap, and I'm surprised people haven't discovered this gem over time. CHiPs is hilarious and the action is intense and very well-directed. The fact that you can clearly tell Dax is doing all his motorcycle riding and stunts makes the action more exciting. If this movie wasn't called CHiPs and had nothing to do with the 온라인카지노추천 show it would have received by audiences as a great buddy cop movie like 21 Jump Street or The Other Guys. Give it a chance and you may be surprised.

The movie kinda sucked. BUT, the filmmakers weren't aiming for, say, "The Godfather", or "All About Eve", or "Annie Hall". They were aiming for a really silly comedy with a few laughs, some action, and not much more. They borrowed character material from "Lethal Weapon", and the more recent "buddy" cop films, so nothing original here. They threw a ton of off-color jokes at the wall and some stuck. Add some raunch, plenty of breasts for the boys, gobs of gross, and you get a soft-porn version of "CHiPs", with some "Reno 9/11" thrown in. Still, while I have NO problem turning off lousy movies, for some reason, I couldn't turn this one off. Great motorcycle chases, some cool explosions, and a good helping of gore with heads getting cut off, fingers shot off, and human bodies getting totally destroyed by big trucks. Smoke a joint prior to watching, and you'll love this pic.
