Collateral Beauty Reviews
Según los críticos "especializados" es una pésima película, pero a mi me encantó. Es más, puedo decir que es una de mis películas favoritas.
The critics were ridiculously overly harsh on this one. An interesting concept with a satisfying ending. I really didn't see the twist coming.. And yeah I cry at one certain moment in this movie, I won't lie.
Only if you experience losses will you understanding the meaning of this movie. It touched you deep.
I thoroughly enjoyed this film. It explores so well the facets of grief and regret in a number of it's forms. I would definitely watch it again . Definitely need a box of kleenex.
A shining example of why critics are out of touch and barely worth listening to. This movie depicts grief in a way I've never experienced. I have never sobbed so hard, in shared pain with Will Smith. A more moving, painful, heart-rending movie I have yet to see.
It's a fantastic film and, as someone who had lost their child, very poignant. The whole cast works well together to evolve very strong emotional feelings for the audience. I can't believe this has got such a poor rating...... Obviously some people are looking for something they're not going to find..... I recommend watching it along with other gear trending films like Pay It Forward, A Fault in our Stars, A Light Between Oceans and Miracles from Heaven...... Honestly - this film, she the others listed, make me cry every time....
It's sad that humanity has lost its ability to feel. The movie depicts loss in a very real sense and I suppose you will only understand the depth of that loss once it hits closer to home. Will Smith portrayed the role of a grieving father that finds coping with her loss extremely difficult. Very emotional portayal Will.
Definitely was worth to watch
I think this film is a very well-thought out presentation of grief and how it continues to affect our lives. Really beautifully made and very moving.
Beautifully done movie. It will make you cry but the message portrayed in the movie is something that everyone should watch. It walks the audience through what most people try to avoid. Grief
Had so much potential with a great ensemble cast, however it fell apart in a torrential storm of clichés, wooden performances (especially by Will Smith), and trying to combine too many elements of older movies dealing with death. I have recently lost four members of my immediate family, and I thought that watching this would help me cope. It did not—I resented the careless and stereotypical way it presented the effects of death on those surviving family members and the haphazard, sloppy acting. Waste of my time.
Has a lot of bad reviews, personally I really like this film. It does with what must be a horrendous situation and makes you think
69/100 - meh, kid of sad and sappy but i just expected more from a star studded cast.
This movie takes you through the process of how one event impacts the lives of so many. I am glad that I was able to experience it. Yes the plot was a little obvious but the talent in the cast and how the portray their characters, knowing how the movie ends doesn't matter. To be able to spend time with thin was awesome. I really wish the movie would have been longer.
Powerful performances that explore loss, love, time and death.
It is not the best movie of the word, but it has a beautiful message
Nice idea, good actors, I have to say that at least we see something different from the stereotype movies running now. Do the critics like it though? Of course not, it is not mainstream. Make your own judgement don't let yourself be influenced by those rancorous reviews of professional critics, they live in their own world and it's not ours.
Collateral Beauty is a cliché drama, where everything is extremely predictable, but it is a pleasant movie to watch.
“superb- touching - insanely beautiful. one of the best films I have ever seen. the cast is outstanding & deliver unforgettable performances. you think you know what is going on until the end blows you away. it has warmed my heart & has made me see life so differently.
