Bruce Willis has teamed with a fast-talking Black comedian in a violent, funny and gloriously R-rated throwback to ’80s buddy-cop action films. That movie was 1991’s "The Last Boy Scout" with Damon Wayans. "Cop Out" is a shockingly inept endurance test.
