A sci-fi well worth a look, for its unique take on an alien movie and great performances from all the class cast.

Meh it was okay not my favorite western movie

Preposterously bad waste of a concept and cast. With a title like "Cowboys & Aliens," you think it'd at least be fun, right?!

horrible horrible movie literally everything wrong with blockbuster its crass, obnoxious and all just stuff blowing up the human drama is nonexistent Daniel Craig looks like he'd rather be anywhere else but on screen he looks so bored and the action is just bombastic and lacking logic its a cartoon perhaps this should have just been made as a spoof movie maybe it would have been a guilty pleasure but its just soo bad its bad. the main character is unlikeable and the genres don't blend well this is excess at its most excessive

Cowboys & Aliens is a pretty wild sci-fi western type film! Really fun! Surprised to see the lower ratings on here. The score is solid! Acting superb! And it checks all the boxes for a film like this. Goofy at times, dead serious in others. It's not the deepest film, and the characters and their development aren't put before the spectacle, but I'd still recommend!

This is one of my old go to favorites!! I'm not really into westerns generally. This however is funny, dramatic, action packed and the alien aspect is awesome! The actor line up seems to be perfect and really makes the movie great 😉

It is what it sounds like. I enjoyed the film. I'd say it's worth a watch for some dumb fun. It wasn't offensively stupid, and the creature design was cool, (although broad daylight does the creatures no favors). The acting was okay. Daniel Craig was fine. Harrison Ford looked confused. Olivia Wilde did her best. Paul Dano did his thing. Nothing to write home about. Overall, it was much better than the Phantom Menace.

What a dumbA$$ movie I remember seeing it in the theater it was soo dumb that I went out of my mind who combines western with sci fi it’s just soo soo dumb the charachters are unlikeable and as usual Daniel Craig always looks bored in his roles perhaps if they cast someone else like Nicolas cage as the main lead it would be more fun to watch in an ironic soo bad it’s good sense something like ghost rider it’s not a good movie but it’s amusing to watch in how spectacularly dumb it is the only think I liked was Harrison ford everything else besides the assaultive and cool action scenes this is a dumb alien fighting movie this came out a year before batttleship which I found more fun to watch than this ludicrous mess it wasn’t perfect in the way Independence Day was but it at least understood big dumb fun action popcorn spectacle and didn’t go to far with its dumbness this one does though and as a result it insults your intelligence just don’t bother with it.

I thought this movie was very enjoyable. The Director did a great job of organizing the scenes and keeping the story well blended. It's a shame some people can't suspend disbelief and enjoy this movie.

Incredibly underrated western sci fi movie, lots of action and story, you only need to follow it to enjoy it.

I tried to like this movie but every 15 minutes something dumb happened. Plus the scale of the battles scenes are extremely inconsistent . Anyway it's a lousy movie not the worst ever but certainly not a good movie.

It was very strange. I tend to have to finish what I start with books and movies, even if they aren't so great. I also thought that the introduction and treatment of the indigenous people was questionable. The message of cooperation across different groups in the face of a common enemy was pretty heavy-handed. Nonetheless, I am a sucker for aliens and special effects. Certainly I will not watch it again.

For a strange premise it was a surprisingly entertaining, fun watch. Would love to see Daniel Craig in other Westerns.

I thought this movie was fantastic. Great storyline. Amazing actors. An I really feel in love with all the characters. The ending was really good.

One of our favorites. Pure fantasy, but a real fun ride.
