Not sure why the bad reviews.. these "critics" need a reality check. It has Jet Li, DMX, Randy Couture, Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz, Gabrielle Union, Kelly Hu, Anthony Anderson.. oh and Tom Arnold. Who doesn't like Tom's humor? He's so funny! Good movie!

Sweet a** movie.. dedicated dad fights for his baby girl after showering her with love and then a final moment with a gift with diamonds. Cheated by the game, trust nobody cuz nobody trusts you.. his daughter gets kidnapped and uses the last gift given to her by her daddy to let herself free just to run out if danger into her loving daddy's arms. Beautiful film about the bond between a father and daughter. As some may say.. a classic worth the watch.

Lots of action, not a bad story but marred by some silly cheats.

Minha opinião: Um filme que já assisti algumas vezes, mas se eu lembrar da primeira vez; eu digo que gostei. Foi uma época onde Jet Li se despontava em #Hoolywood como @jackiechan Seus filmes: Romeu Tem que Morrer, Rogue (com Jason Statham), Cão de Briga (com Morgam Freeman), Beijo do Dragão (com Bridget Fonda), Máquina Mortifera 4 (com Mel Gibson), A Múmia 3 (com Brendan Fraser). Foi uma fase muito de Jet, posso dizer que a maioria de seus filmes eu curti muito. Contra o Tempo ele contra cena um grupo de atores negros muito bons e que curto. Anthony, Gabrielli e o Rapper DMX (falecido), um trio que tem uma boa sintonia e mais com o chinês Jet. A trama se passa depois de um assalto a um banco, onde o trio acaba assaltando umas pedras especiais que geram uma energia quase que infinita. Para recupera-los é enviado Jet pelo bem e Mark pelo mal. Onde no passado os 2 haviam trabalhado juntos na agência, mas agora estão de lados opostos. Jet vai atrás do trio e Mark sequestra a filha de DMX. Assim Jet se junta a eles, para recuperar as pedras e a filha de DMX. E assim segue toda a trama e trazendo humor temos, Anthony e Tom Arnold que fazem uma dupla infalível. Um filme com ação, lutas, drama e humor. Um tempero que feito. Parabéns por conseguir o ponto bom em todos os aspectos. Mesmo assistindo hoje, o filme e bem atual e os carros que Jet dirige. Roteiro: Bom Vale apena assistir? Sim Nota: 7,5

It's all a bit over the top action movie until someone face melts off. If only Jet Li had a personality, this could have been alongside Bad Boys in fun levels.

3 bags-one for Li, one for X, and one for the other actors. This was an entertaining thrill ride where X plays a jewel thief with a heart of gold, Tom Arnold plays a fast talking white guy/con-man, Gabrielle Union is used as eye candy, and Jet Li could actually do MORE fighting all things considered. They say this movie sucks but it has the song "X Gonna Give it to Ya" which "Deadpool" used, probably more effectively. I will admit I thought Tom Arnold and DMX were funny here, there's actually some funny dialogue and I liked a few of the fights. It has a BUNCH of humor that's also not ok by today's standards, so maybe I'll up it a few bags later. Until next time you don't read one of my reviews RT!

Extremely dumb, but 'Cradle 2 the Grave' actually did entertain me. The humour and cast are the strongest parts to this film, it made me laugh a couple of times to be fair. Jet Li (Su) and DMX (Anthony) are the two leads, they aren't all that memorable in truth but at least do have a few good scenes. The main ones I'll remember are in fact two bit part roles in Anthony Anderson (Tommy) and Tom Arnold (Archie). Those two kept things comedic which worked well. Chi McBride is also solid as Chambers, who should've been the main villain in my opinion. The premise is borderline rubbish, but the above mentioned things as well as the music/action made sure I was enjoying myself while watching this - that's sometimes all you want.

Jet Li was the only redeeming factor in this poor mix of bad acting, horrible script, and unintelligible story.

The acting is abysmal, the writing is dreadful, the story is predictable and the action scenes are goofy as hell. But it is enjoyable to watch! So bad it is good!

The acting is absolutely atrocious. The special FX are sub par at best. Really really bad movie.

Haven't rewatched lately so fudging the rating

terrible. old and outdated. very dumb and lots of questionable parts and things you can make fun of. so many cheesy moments. barely any fighting or actual kung fu. and the little there was was poorly filmed and looked fake with outrageous sound effects. i didn't hate this viewing experience. i laughed a lot, at some good intentional humor and a ton of unintentional humor. dmx is a terrible actor, and the dialogue is horrendous. (about 3 viewings)

I really liked it. It was a ridiculous movie and the plot was absurd but it was fun. It had a great cast and their chemistry was solid and the movie was funny as well. The action scenes were a joy to watch and hard hitting. The final climax was worth the wait.
