Cruella Reviews
Cruella is a great movie. The characterization of the characters was amazing asswel as the plot, that kept one's attentions throughout the whole film. Astonishing performances of Emma Stone and Emma Thompson. It is a must see to recover a little bit of faith on Disney. Sit back and enjoy.
Exceptional "children" movie. This has become one of my recommendations even though it's basically 2 years old. It holds up, and I'm definitely expecting a part 2 of the Cruella story. 9.1/10
"I am woman hear me roar." Somewhere else pls, mind the door. Thought I'd take a chance based on a random scene I saw, but clearly the sort of pompous psyoppy identitarian romp for which I have no patience left.
Gorgeous, not bad plot. Very action for the type of movie that it is.
Horrible message for children, especially foster, adopted, and those with abusive or addict parents. Telling kids you can't choose to be good is pure evil on Disney's part.
No waste of my time.
Fails in the basic premise of a prequel -- how did the characters get to the main movie? Cruella is portrayed as a scrappy hero instead of a villain, and her love of fur (a foundational plot point) is never established. As a stand-alone movie, it could be enjoyable. But that's not what this is.
I don't understand the positive ratings on this film. I bought the DVD for my children and we watched it. But this film was Bad to be honest, nothing relatable to the source material. All over the place storyline. It wasn't 1 Star bad, but certainly not very rewatchable And I have ADHD go figure...
Amazing story! They did a very good job at creating characters we could love and some we could hate. The story keeps you watching the whole time and will not disappoint you at the end.
It's a great film with a great trust
The story must have been written by a 6 year old child.
Fascinating film; such a great casting and script; the story was portrayed perfectly showing us the birth of a villain who is an Icon; the visuals, the art, the design, the clothes and the music fit perfect...The Emma's were superb. 🖤❤️🤍
Panalo.
This a fun and amazing movie, really recomend
Amazing movie. The music to this movie is so great. The scene where she is driving on the bike after learning she was the Baroness’ daughter has some of the best music ever. Emma Stone is a fabulous actress that brings so much sadness with Cruella but also madness and craziness. A wonderful prequel that no one asked for but everyone loved.
A really dumb concept that misunderstands that misunderstands the core appeal of the original titular Disney villain. But despite these odds, the direction, performances, and costume design wee entertaining enough to help you forget these grievances and join in on the fun.
An entertaining version of the fun kids animated Disney film
It was quite a ride watching this movie. I'm late to the party though, but I love the bold costumes and the evolution story of punk rock in London scene. Love every bit of it!
A movie you can watch over and over again. Emma Stone played a great new spin on Cruella!
