Definitely the worst movie of the franchise, the villian was not entertaining and overall, the storyline was pretty chaotic.

Lucy's characters for once again is a little annoying. However the movie is sweet and minions are very funny.

Wow...so it's crazy how badly this goes off a cliff wants his brother shows up. Because this starts kind of good. Pretty simliar to the previous ones but my goodness it just veers completely off the road 30 minutes in or so. This series has always walked the line of stupidty but clever. This is what happens when you keep the former only. The editing and pacing aren't good here despite this being such a short time. Barely 80 minutes without credits and yet if you strip the nonsense out your probably talking a 40 minute film here. The rest is just nonsense. Everything else is just alright here. This makes the fatal mistake of dividing up the girls, minions, new villian, and Gru and his brother into seperate storylines that feel completely unrelated. The unicorn and the minions in prison especially feel completely unrelated and are just filler. stuff legit just happens in the middle. The villian is kind of lame but I guess creative but we legit forget about him until the end. The dance is off is so stupid. The soundtrack is a weird mix of boring generic tracks and just generic 80's numbers that don't really blend in at all. I mean there catchy of course but they come out of nowhere and don't really fit in the grand scheme with much. Another issue is the humor is a big miss here. The issue? Two fold: They replaced the Minions with Gru's brother and he just isn't funny at all. It's like nonstop unfunny slapstick humor from him. I mean the Minions can get a bit annoying but he just doesn't have the charm they have. He coems across as a idiot. not funny. And the other side is they could'nt figure out how to include the Minions in this so they just worte a weird prison dated American Idol kind of subplot for them which is unneeded and stupid. The quality of the animation and voice acting is as good as the first but the botched humor and mediocre at best new characters weigh heavily on them. This devolves into just being mindless, kind of repeating what the others did and trying to expand Gru with a brother but it's just nonsense honestly. And any serious attempt gets lost in the competely jumpy editing and botched humor. Skip This and stick witht he first 2.

This is a really funny and exciting third entry to the series. I loved this movie.

**Review of *Despicable Me 3* – ★★★** *Despicable Me 3* is a fun ride, but it’s definitely the weakest of the trilogy. The animation? Still top-notch. The voice cast? On point as always. Steve Carell nails Gru (and Dru), and Trey Parker as Balthazar Bratt is hilarious — it’s basically Randy from *South Park* in a shoulder-padded, moonwalking villain form, which is weirdly perfect. The humor hits most of the time, and the Minions, love them or hate them, do their thing. The plot, though, is where it stumbles. The main story and subplot feel like they’re running on separate tracks, never quite syncing up. It’s like the movie couldn’t decide which story to lean into more. Plus, the emotional core that made the first two so charming is kinda MIA here. Still, it’s funny enough and moves fast, so you won’t be bored — just don’t expect it to hit you in the feels like the others.

This was the funniest Despicable Me movie! ! The story of Mel and Gru A story with Drew, It's a masterpiece with various themes that start and end beautifully! !

I really like this movie! My favourite part is when Gru loses to Evil Bratt and is left NAKED sitting in bubble gum holding a giant diamond. My least favourite part is when the AVL fires Gru and Lucy, By the way epic movie. :)

Despicable Me 3 is my favorite, the story is addictive and captivating.

Easily the worst of the Despicable Me franchise, it seemed like they wanted it to be as obnoxious and annoying as possible. The heart that the first two films had did not seem to take place here, only laughs and quick jabs at the characters. Even Gru’s family, who are usually supportive of him and his endeavors, were completely unsupportive at times and annoyed that he reunited with his brother, which is just completely uncharacteristic of the characters. Of course, the usual antics of Despicable Me did take place, but it was not as fun or quirky as the first few films. Easily, the villain is the highlight, but he is the worst of the villains by far. Trey Parker takes the role of villain here and gives the movie a very South Park-y feel to it for sure, but it was not enough to save this film from going down as a stain on the entire series.

Despicable Me 3 was definitely the best of the minions movies. The drew storyline was not the best, but Balthazar was just the perfect Villain. An amazing movie. I would give it an 83%

Horrible horrible movie. So awful. Like why does dru sound like a child. And there are really less minion scenes. Even worse than 4. Like they have a villain of Balthazar bratt who wants to destroy Hollywood🤣. WTF. Should have a rating of 51 on rotten tomatoes. And Balthazar bratt could have killed gru. It wasint like 4 where Maxine stepped on gru. But the baby saved him and then gru smacks Maxine’s ass. And gru was acting like he was dead. He could have just ran away.Besides it doesn’t take that long to recover. Gru has become a soft piece of shit

The minions are brilliant animated slapstick... and there's something about it that just tickles my funny bone.
