Due Date Reviews
Brilliantly derivative take on Planes, Traines, and Automobiles for the modern audience. Feels like a hodge podge of throw em up ideas where none stick on the wall but you can't help but laugh at what a silly mess it is.
Great chemistry between the leads. A great road movie like Planes Trains and Automobiles
If it wasn't for the great cast this would be lame. It's a direct rip off of Planes Trains and Automobiles, further proving Hollywood has completely lost any ability to be original
Zach Galifianakis, once again is overhyped and underperforms, even with a heavyweight like Robert Downey Jr there to help him through it, and with unwanted and needed comeos from Jamie Foxx and Keegan-Michael Key tops of this very unnecessary and over budgeted film with what seems like absolutelyno direction, I'd give it a miss
Just a fun nonsense movie to have on in the background.
Great comedy. Critics that hate this movie are boring, miserable, lifeless hacks
i enjoyed it. i don't think it's a masterpiece by any means, but I did laugh quite a bit.
I loved it wish they would’ve made a second one
Silly, comedic gold. I enjoyed the cross-country vistas.
Enjoyable senseless fun!
A modern day Planes trains and automobiles. The movie aged well and still holds up as a fun road trip film. Must own for any comedy enthusiasts. Simply a good time
This movie is hilarious. It is a throwback comedy. The low ratings are baffling. There are few movies these days that get you laughing non-stop from start to stop. This is one of them.
Unexpectedly funny. There are some real laughs thanks to the wonderfully absurd Zak G.
The movie is hilarious from the beginning to the end.
A pretty outrageous comedy that is the equivalent of a sweaty overlong roadtrip of misfortunate events. It is rapid fire comedy, sometimes obnoxious, often exhausting, but in this barren comedy landscape this film is standout. Worth a watch if you like either Galifinakis or the other guy.
La actuación de Robert Downey Jr es buenísima los diálogos son muy graciosos está muy bien echa la historia
Hilarious movie. Has its serious moments too.
I don't understand the hate, this is one of my favorite comedies. SO funny.
It's like a buddy movie where the cooler guy gets set up for an adventure with a quixotic buddy who later grows on you, only in this movie neither character is likable. I found myself wondering what I should do after the movie, when I was still watching the movie.
I downloaded this off 'The Pirate Bay' when my local Blockbuster shut down. I miss Blockbuster. This wasn't very good. I feel 'Due Date' killed Zach Galifanakis' chances at being the next breakout comedy star because he was typecast as a pot bellied simpleton which prevented him from reaching his potential in being the next Jim Carrey or Steve Carrell. Imagine those three helming a film. Robert Downey Jr. acts like he owes someone a favor in this. The storyline is basic, but the comedy just wasn't very funny. It isn't bad, but with these two it should have been waaay better. Rating: 6.5/10
