This was most definitely the worst remake I have ever seen. It was pathetic.

I do not care what anybody says but this movie is amazing. I grew up watching this with my dad and found it absolutely hilarious. Today it is still one of my favorite comedies ever. I know plenty of people don’t like this movie but I don’t care because this movie was my entire childhood.

The only thing with watching is Jessica Simpson's ass. Filled with no talent hacks, has beens and never wases.

Charming and Unique. Feels like southern comfort food in an easily digestible 104 minutes. Worth a watch if you're into dumb fun with a southern twang. 3.89/5

Really good movie. Comical, fun, and fast cars. Nothing like the original tv series but it wasn’t trying to be and I can respect something or someone who try’s there own thing and puts there own twist to a series Acting is top notch with a loaded cast and loaded soundtrack. I would definitely give it a watch it may not be for everyone and that’s fine but I sure do love this movie I do not know why it’s rated so low!

I really don't understand why critics scored this movie so poorly. It isn't The Godfather. It isn't meant to be a blockbuster. This movie delivers EXACTLY what it was supposed to. ................. Two southern boys driving around in a loud orange muscle car, stopping the greedy rich guy from getting away with stuff, all while running away from the cops. ................. It is a simple story. And the movie did a great job of turning it into a fun comedy. NOTE: I had a Dukes of Hazard slot car set. And a General Lee bedspread. I was a happy 10 year old.

Great Storyline, with a funny Adventure across Georgia!

The only reason to watch this is to have on in the background the dumb but entertaining car chases that drag on what feels like an eternity. The acting is ok enough despite everyone having one dimensional characters Knoxville & Scott bring a energy and charm (Especially Scott) to the roles and make it entertaining enough. Everyone else is just ok and forgettable. The cinematography is the highlight being half decent with well framed shot many times and fun to watch (Although pointless and repetitive) car chases that add nothing to the plot and take up half the runtime. It drags so much that eventually I'm 99% sure the licensed rock songs run out and they have to resort to generic country/rock songs to keep the music going which is ok overall. The editing and pacing are atrociously bad in this. It takes about 20 minutes for any plot to unfold than we get about 5 minutes of a plot setup and than that's it, the rest is just an excuse to throw the Dukes into stupid situations where they use the car to get out of stuff. This shouldn't have been made into a movie. Unless your a fan of Scott and only after you've watched everything else you can watch this. Otherwise skip this.

I laughed a few times. The car chases and legit stunts are really good. It's a proper adaptation of the original series, but it's just not very funny. It's definitely dumb fun.

It is an incoherent and confusing film, but I still have a certain sympathy for this film, even if it is incongruous in its narrative form and missing the opportunity with a cast of stars with illogical dialogues, confused plot mixed with scenes of futile pursuits as an excuse for car stunts that are performed without any justification.
