A charmingly silly creature feature, Eight Legged Freaks [sic] might not reach the cinematic perfection of something like Tremors but it does have a few good quotes, funny moments, surprisingly awesome scenes of people facing off against the titular freaks and knows exactly what kind of movie it is. I'm sure I'm not the first to say this quote but what the hell, I'm too amused by it to pass it up: my second-favourite arachnid-based film from 2002.

This is a cult classic. It’s so bad it’s GREAT. I personally love the movie that it’s one of the few I bought. I love a good giggle and this movie is just that.

I love good spoofs with humour...i liked it so much I bought it. This so well done the critics won't like it. The characters do a great job spoofing 50's horror film with a twist of humour. Worth watching...enjoy

10/10 it's humorous and would watch with friends it feels like you watching Gremlins in spider form

excellent cinematography and chiaroscuro. it makes me want to be immersed in the world of alien spiders. 10 out of 10 instant classic

The best ever spider movie

The people disliking this movie are Marvel cgi loving blokes that don't respect how amazing this movie is considering what era this movie was created in. There's also an authenticity to the actors in movies from this era that no one after the year 2010 has been able to replicate for an entire casting.

it was funny horrifying and the spider affects at sometimes were great the only other things i could've asked for was better music and better CGI

This was fun! A stupid creature feature that knows it's stupid and just rolls with it. This movie is just a ride from start to finish, it sometimes borders on being a Looney Toons cartoon. I mean, the spiders roar and scream, they punch people to death (including cartoon sound effects). I really liked that they included different kinds of spiders who hunt differently. The CGI look dated but in a good way. Also, there is no unnecessary drama, everything is very efficient plot wise. Didn't like the score, though.

I love this film for what it is, a horror spider-flick played with comedic one-liners and dialog. The film is fun and one of the best "giant spider" movies.

Always loved this one. It's a loving throwback to the 50s creature features with a nice twist of humor. It gets silly as hell, but it is soo much fun.

It is a fun monster movie but it's definitely not scary the humor was okay, the cgi of spiders are a bit off and the writing is lacking.

This is a very underrated and underappreciated Scare Fest. The effects still hold up, great jump scares and great dark humour.
