I originally watched this back in the 90s. I remembered the basics but there are a lot of details I didn't remember. It is a classic that has stood the test of time.

Best acting and movie i've ever seen

One of my all times favourites I could watch again and again... and have done. The build up to the unforgettable iconic courtroom scene... "You can't handle the truth" is one of the greatest. Nicholson is superb.

Filme legal, o roteiro é bacana, o elenco é muito bom, o filme não tem cenas tão boas e mas também não são ruins, a história é mais ou menos, mas eu gostei da atuação do tom cruise e também da demi moore, e também o Jack nicholson que foi o coadjuvante do filme e melhorou um pouco o filme, a parte final do filme na sala do julgamento foi a melhor cena do filme, quando o tenente Daniel kaffee julgou o colonel Nathan, e o coronel nathan falou a frase clássica do filme " you can't handle the thuth! " voce nao aguenta a verdade e depois o Coronel nathan é preso por comandar a morte de um cadete na base militar, com tudo isso, o filme tem muitas cenas de diálogos que faz o filme dá um leve enfraquecida, mas na parte final, o filme melhora e acaba de uma maneira boa, e eu recomendo esse filme

A few good men is one of my favorite movies. The whole movie is a slow crescendo to the court room scene. It has great characters, outstanding plot, and tremendous writing. Tom Cruise is outstanding but Jack Nicholson owns this movie. 10/10

The quintessential military courtroom drama. Tightly directed and shot in a way that conveys the fascinating yet absurd structure of the military. A brilliant script and excellent acting. Tom Cruise is perfect as the precocious and talented yet out of his depth navy lawyer. Jack Nicholson is iconic as the obnoxious leviathan army colonel. The courtroom scenes where they go toe-to-toe are absolutely iconic. One of my top 10 movies of all time.

Wonderful movie …..Nicholson is amazing

Finally got around to watching this after many years of thinking it wouldn't be good because it was just a courtroom drama. So glad I decided to finally see it as it did not disappoint. The acting as you can imagine is incredible along with a gripping storyline. Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are just amazing. With some comedy mixed in. It's definitely a must-watch.

I like the humor that first introduces us to Tom Cruise - this brash know-it-all Harvard graduate - who is then confronted by Demi Moore. Yes, he’s smart, but can he live up to the solid reputation of his Dad as a trial lawyer? He’s met the hard-bitten, career Marine in the person of Nicholson, who does a terrific job of offering a challenge from their first meeting. What will be Cruise’s tactics and strategy to come up with the truth? Excellent script, acting, and strong story line that doesn’t lose its relevance today. An A+ court room drama that offers shades of gray in the story telling when it comes to defining “what is a Marine?”

This might be Tom Cruises best performance and it’s definitely the best court drama in a movie. There isn’t a single problem or flaw with this film that I can see.

This movie is very interesting to watch, those who like military conflicts will love it. I really liked Tom Cruise's friendliness.

This is 6 stars, not five. Cruise is genuinely vulnerable until the pulsating end which has now gone down in history as one of the best half hours in movie history. Demi Moore does her part too - a movie that should be watched every few years throughout your life.

The second half of the movie was one of the best I have ever seen - It took you through a kaleidoscope of emotions. Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are just absolutely fantastic, but so is Demi Moore. A lot going on! Definitely must see!

Iconic and beautifully made. It pains me to withhold the maximum score for this film due to its underwhelming plot.

Doesn't get old for me: Ripping story and cracking cast. Nicholson steals the show and both Cruise and Moore are good. And I always enjoy watching Kiefer Sutherland and Kevin Bacon.

Lesser cast and crew could have descended into schmaltzy GI-sir-yes-sir clichés, but it never drifts with Tom Cruise driving this movie (and defense case) home. The iconic ensemble play their parts expertly filling every minute with intrigue and enough star dust to light up the milky way While the outcome may never feel in doubt, Cruise and Nicholson bring their generational talents to a memorable, climactic face-off which strikes as the hard as the gavel on the block

This to me was one of if not the best roles Jack Nicholson perfected. I usually don't watch military films but I loved it one of the best movies of the early 90's. Cast was amazing
