Quaid and Caviezel deliver in Frequency; an original, thrilling, and emotional experience.
Accurately portrays the nostalgia wish that we all feel to change elements of the past without being hokey.
Classic movie that I really liked as a kid. Recently re-watched. Interesting story, cool twists, good level of action and intensity. Very digestable time warp sci-fi. Pretty satisfying watch.
The perfect sci-fi movie for people who don't normally buy into unrealistic sci-fi. It's somehow a feel-good movie an action film and a serial killer mystery rolled into one. Very well acted. I love this movie.
Great scfi drama also its underrated
Brilliant Masterpiece 😊👏🥳🎊
Underated. Excellent sci-fi movie with stellar acting all the way around. Historically set scenes with all the trimmings. Old cars, the way people were back then on the East Coast to an ongoing leep ahead to present day troubled culture and world. Plenty of action, heroics, adult scenarios play out. Mixed-up with a real depiction of hard line front line big city detectives going at it. Smoke house old school law enforcement situations playing out all at the same time. In my collection, I watch it at least once a year.
This movie was amazing and really keeps you on your toes
Spectacular! Perfect trade off of, plot, dialogue and action lining up. The ending is perfect, and this movie ends perfectly, where it should.
Wow this is incredible! Love the storyline!
Great, interesting story. Just watch it, you'll enjoy it. I loved Dennis and Jim in this one!
A very well crafted and thought out movie that is like a more tense version of Back to the Future but with no time travel involved. This movie starts off simple enough. When father and son communicate 30 years apart, a change in the course of events sets in train a series of events which become more and more problematic to solve. The movie is not perfect, and there are some obvious questions that spring to mind, mainly around what would really happen if you were to change the past. This is because an ending in which all of the things that happened never actually happened, or did they is quite confusing to plot in the mind. It can become a little confusing. There are some clever plot devices, such as when Jack's mother saves the murderer's life. The use of baseball as evidence to instil belief is a bit forced, but if it had not have been that it would have been something else, otherwise the film would have fallen apart. I am not sure that some of the character aging worked well. Not everyone appears 30 years older 30 years later. However, as the film delivers on intrigue and increasing tension, these things can be forgiven. I really enjoyed this film. There were no twists, just holes that kept being dug deeper and solutions to these through the development of the storyline. The ending was a but sentimental, but at least it was short. A good watch.
WATCHED this film when it first came out on video , I worked at blockbuster video for 10 years , this was one of those film that came in that no one really had heard anything about . And yet turns out to be a really good surprise , the film is very much worth a watch , much better than what's being offered from Hollywood at the moment.
Muy buena y entretenida
Top of the line science fiction script. I highly recommend this film. The movie has a lot of twist and turns. stars Dennis Quaid, Jim Caviezel and Elizabeth Mitchel.
Obra de arte de la ciencia ficción en donde resalta uno de mis actores favoritos: Jim Caviezel
I loved this film. It was exciting and suspenseful. I was on the edge of my seat for its entire running time.
This is one of my favorite movies ever created. It's an awesome concept, for a sci-fi murder mystery. Love the actors, love the movie. I watch it once a year at least. Amazing film. Must watch!
