Hollywood Homicide Reviews
It's a low key funny movie. Don't expect much and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I've tried to watch this film twice and each time it has sent me to sleep.
As hot as Josh Hartnett is and as much as I favour Harrison Ford, this movie is rubbish.
There is nothing good to say about this movie.
Hear me out- the plot is nothing new, there are tons of untimely hi-jinx, and wacky, random one liners, but it feels like the movie knows it was a bit of a flop, so instead of trying to over compensate, they embraced it! And thank goodness they did. The cast is incredible and it is very well acted, especially considering how superficial and uncomplicated their characters are. No, it isn't wining any awards, but it is entertaining, hilarious and definitely doesn't take itself too seriously- great for anyone who can appreciate sub-par movies that aren't shy about it.
Watch the trailer..you've probably seen the best bits of the film then
Takes the buddy cop premise and does something else with it. 'Hollywood Homicide' lacks the edge found in other competent buddy cop flicks but isn't too silly/wacky for it's own good.
Even Harrison Ford couldn't elevate Hollywood Homicide from being the forgettable action flick it is.
A very underrated cop movie. While there's nothing ground breaking, it uses tried and true movie tropes to create an entertaining movie to watch with some good action sequences and an overall storyline to cheer for. Just two good guys doing detective work while balancing their side gigs to try and afford life in LA.
2 of the most weirdest partners for homicide detectives. As they solve murders they both also work multiple other jobs as well mixing them in with there detective work.
This is probably the most mediocre Harrison Ford film you will ever see, even on auto pilot this movie is passable.
Really funny movie.
It is kind of a paint by numbers script but the leads are fun together.
It was an okay buddy cop film that just had way to much going and not great enough actions to make up for it
I am giving this movie a higher rating because of my dog, I first saw this movie as a first run at the Drive-In with my dog, I quickly lost interest but my dog sat at attention the whole way through. Several years later when it came on 온라인카지노추천 I tried watching t again, lost interest after the first five minutes but again my dog sat at attention and watched the whole thing. A couple of years later it was on cable, when I was flipping through channels my dog saw it, whined and put his paw on my arm to go back to it. I did but again for me I lost interest after the first five minutes but my dog stayed and gave it his full attention, when he went to get a drink of water I flipped to another channel before he came back. So if you want to see a movie a dog recommends Hollywood Homicide is it. Don't know why he liked it so much but his taste in movies obviously not sophisticated.
It someone manages to carve out a ridiculously enjoyable finale out of its numerous unconnected subplots and disciple morality, to the point where it's almost worth sticking through it all. Almost.
Canna explain...the score, the cameos or just a great dessert. Josh is dreamy in this. Chills, Spills, & Thrills fast pace piece of fluff...but I love it.
