Not gonna lie I watched this a while back and it gave me insane nightmares. Watched it again with a friend, we are now both extremely traumatized. If you wanna cry yourself to sleep thinking about this sadist man, I’d say go for it.

Whoever made this moive you are sooo werid what is this how did it get 47% rotton tomatoes. Who liked this moive if i could give this a score I would give it 0/10 why did you make this moive and why would you star in it why would you see the script and say wow this looks like a good moive why just why. And the fact they made another moive just why and i thought snow white was bad but this just nooooo don't watch this don't even watch the tralier its not worth it its better not knowing what this moive is.

Some really bad acting, the girls acted better once their mouths where attached to assholes. The villain was an awful, awful human and he deserved a much worse death. Middle of the road, albeit fairly entertaining gross horror movie

perfect for family watch!! bring your parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, your friends, your partners or even your side chick!! perfect movies to traumatize them!

Worst movie ever.... please I beg you don't watch the movie... it's a disturbing movie..

I watched this movie based on a conversation I had with the Lord when I was in church. He told me, "My child, it is unto you that I bestow the solemn task of watching The Human Centipede. Thou shall proceed hence forth to illuminate the rest of my children with the fruit of this movie. Spread the word loud and wide!" And I did. 5 stars.

Not bad, the idea was a bit interesting. But the story was lame. I'm sure Hitler would be proud. Anyway, the doctor wasn't really good written. He said he hated human beings and that turned him into a super psycho. Or at least that was what the writer thought. Too superficial.

Totally recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good horror, perfectly grotesque. The plot is a little overseen but it gets interesting pretty fast

This is gross and twisted, but it gets a mark up for its incredible effects, and acting from lead antagonist Dieter Laser.

I love Dieter Laser's acting here. I really like the concept for the movie, and how unique is it. I love everything about this movie. A little off topic, but I'm really sad that the graphic novel didn't come out.

The actual movie is not as bad as the reviews make it seem, I thought it would be a hard watch but watched with a straight face the whole time. The ending was sad, but it was an amazing movie!!

It’s not even that scary or gross. It’s just plain hard to watch humans be treated like dogs.

Disgusting! I had to turn it off. Just disgusting. The director Tom disgusting weirdo Six should be sectioned. I now have to erase that memory which will take time. I'm actually angry that I had to see that.

This film is the epitome of “disturbing”. It’s not jumps scare horror, it’s not slasher horror…. It’s a fiendishly slow psychological disturbance that simply doesn’t let up. The horror of “knowing what’s coming” that usually tanks a movie, makes this movie that much more uneasy. Without any doubt, this movie is my answer to “Most Disturbing movie you ever watched”.

I was rooting for the Dr. guy the whole movie. The man had a vision!
