Some of the best parts of the movie are the comedy duo of Eddie Murphy & Owen Wilson. The British bad guys. The slapstick comedy. Even though it's a comedy. This movie definitely puts Owen Wilson into the action hero category. Eddie Murphy is on hyperspeed in this film. And it's LOL. Some of the downsides are some scenes are so dark it's hard to see what's going on. The rapid fire talking of both of the characters Kelly Robinson & Alex Scott in the film. You need subtitles to know what they're saying. They talk a mile a minute. Some of the action is so fast-paced it's hard to follow. Other than that it's a pretty good movie. Eddie Murphy & Owen Wilson make a good comedy team. They should make more movies together. It's got action, comedy, a little bit of romance. It's a fun film to watch. And it will have you laughing from beginning to end.

A film that got killed by critics and Harry Potter at the box office and Internationally by bad marketing. Itself is a solid spy comedy with a few very memorable scenes (I.e. Eddie Murphy singing Sexual Healing). Like Pluto Nash it is a shame that this Movie and Mr. Murphy does not get more succes and flew under the radar of many comedy fans.

While by no means the greatest movie I have seen, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this comedy and seeing some of these stars. It was quite enjoyable.

I haven't seen the show this movie is based off of but this thing got really bad reviews by all these "critics" and probably just old people that wanted it to be like the show. The only problem with that... is that it's a movie. So it might not be exactly like the show. This movie is AWESOME and I highly recommend if you've never seen it. If you want to watch the show then go watch the show. But this isn't the show :) And there's nothing wrong with that... It's sad that people are this narrow minded or just dumb. But it's reality I think because Donald trump and George Bush were just are presidents and my favorite child hood movie has the worst IMBD and Rotten Tomatoe scores I ever seen. Everybody has an opinion i guess. Too bad most of them suck... If you DO have good taste and like Owen Wilson and Eddie Murphy and want to laugh a bit before you die... This movie is really just dumb, Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson fun. Nothing else to it. And that's enough to make it watchable for me. Yeah, some jokes don't land, and yeah, the story might be pretty stupid, but that kinda adds to the really dumb, mindless comedy aspect of this movie.

Annoying watch, probably won't watch again, and can't recommend. I like Eddie Murphy, I usually depend on him to carry movie given he's such a big personality. Unfortunately the character he is playing is every bit as annoying as Owen Wilson and that is amplified as, like I said, Eddie Murphy is a big personality and this character doesn't call for any nuance. Malcolm MacDowell does a his great creepy villain vibe, and Famke Janssen ("Golden Eye": Xenia Onatopp) makes a great spy: I wish she had done more of it. The majority of this movie is Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson playing some stupid characters and getting into situations that they can barely handle most of the time. It definitely doesn't feel like a "spy movie" the same way that someone knocking over a set of steel plate armor doesn't. This is much closer to an action-comedy, maybe similar to "Rush Hour", but not as good. I'm not saying there isn't anything to enjoy here, I'm just saying you can flip through Eddie Murphy's filmography to find a better movie, and there are a lot of other movies out there to see.
