Another step down but still fun enough to watch

Critics should note that these films were made for kids...and when I watched them for the first time back when I was a kid I liked these...even Collision Course

This movie is overly criticized without a valid reason. The thing is, most top critics are probably likely over the age of 20 years old. If you watched this film as a kid, there’s an 80% chance you absolutely LOOVVED it. The original Ice Age movies are great, but just because this one takes a different direction doesn’t mean its quality should be overlooked. It stands as a genuinely good movie on its own, yet its uniqueness is the very reason most people perceive it negatively, If everyone were to be more honest (setting originality traits aside), it likely would’ve earned an 87%. i bet if they had simply included the baby and the humans, they wouldn’t even need to do or say anything. Just their presence alone would’ve instantly bumped the ratings up by 3–4 stars, and its sad. 8.7/10 movie at least.

This was a good movie, but not a great movie. I kinda felt like it was just Ice Age 2 again.

"Ice Age: Continental Drift" is a movie with an average story line, with the historical twist of it being about the break up of the super continent: Pangea. It brings along multiple holes in storyline from the third movie in the franchise, the largest and most notable being the random add on of Lewis (Peaches best friend) and Peaches becoming a teenager. All round a decent movie with noticeable flaws, and the last of its kind in the franchise.

This Ice Age film takes us back to the roots for a good chunk of the movie, but with crazy antics that keep getting amped up for every consecutive movie thus far. The trope of Ice Age starts to get a little tiresome after four movies, but this movie still has the same heart and care as the rest of the films. With brand new voices in the mix of the likes of Wanda Sykes, Peter Dinklage, Keke Palmer, and so, so many more newcomers, the variety of the cast is now baffling. But as the cast grows larger and larger, it starts to get harder to focus on every character, and it seems like some characters are only in the movie to, well, be in the movie. With a little bit of organized chaos and a few good moments, this is still a fine watch as any other predating Ice Age movies.

There are actually some good elements in here, but everything has gotten ridiculous and gone off the rails.

Dieser Film war OKAY.Es war schon unterhaltsam und hatte gute Animation mit neuen Charakteren die gut funktionierten und der Schurke war genial aber ansonsten ist Ice Age 4 eher ein durchschnittlicher Film.Es fühlt sich nicht wirklich wie Ice Age an.Es wirkt sich zu unrealistisch an was kein Problem ist aber die Art ist nicht so wie die Vorgänger.Selbst der Plot mit dieser Wand fühlte sich irgendwie wie ein Abklatsch des zweiten Filmes an.Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut.Er hat zwar sehr viel eingespielt aber bekam auch eher gemischte Kritiken.

This one gets a rating of 8 even if I thought it was a 6. The reason for this elevated score is because, “I thought it was funny”. Watched on DVD.

I think the movies fun, It’s not as good as the 3 before it however it’s funny and has good characters, It’s more of a movie that you have to turn your brain off to though. It’s not a movie that has to trigger your nuerons to much until you realize wait this movies supposed to be the breakup of Pangea but humans exists and dinosaurs have been basically extinct. It’s a fun watch however

Not as good as Ice Age 1,2 and 3... BUT not a bad film at all. Lot of fun and good visuals.

It is decent. Not anything compared to the predecessor, but a decent animated movie that I would watch again.

Best movie in the series. Hilarious. Sid and Scrat carried.

My least favorite of the series. I would watch it again but not as much as the rest.
